Here's today's plan:
Breakfast: 1 slice 7 grain toast (lg loaf) & 2 T. almond butter Lunch: popcorn w/ 2 t. coconut oil, 2 hardboiled eggs, apple Dinner: 1 c. Jambalaya Snacks: popcorn w/ 2 t. coconut oil & a health bar from my doctor's office Exercise: Walked 4 miles
Oh, I forgot to record that I walked 2.8 miles yesterday. |
