4:6 My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children.
I'M STILL GOING STRONG WITH THIS MINISTRY!!!!
God had me start the pennies for the Kingdom Program in 2007. God let me
know that we as Christians don't respect God's money as we should.
What I noticed is this, I would walk by and see pennies and various other
monetary coins just laying on the ground and nobody seemed to care about
this
lost money. This money I said to myself could be used for the Kingdom of God.
People like me are throwing pennies, dimes, nickels, quarters, on the ground,
Some of us are Leaving the money in the couch, some of us are leaving this
money in the car,in our pants pockets and sometimes we even throw this
money away, or we are leaving it on the floor of the bathroom stalls, or wherever.
ALL of this money could be used for the Kingdom of God. So what I
do to help advance the Kingdom of God in this way, is to pick up every penny
AND (All) other monetary items that I find and I put the money in the
collection plate at church. I put in my Tithes and offerings, and this money
that I find in various places in church to help advance the Kingdom of God.
So far I have been doing this since 2007 because of God. Before this time I
really didn't think about it to hard, but God did let me know that the money
that is laying on the street could help the kingdom. So I have a jar that I
keep the coins in and I use the coin wrappers once I get enough coins to fit in
there. Them I take the wrapped coins to the church. A lot of people can't
understand why I bring the pennies to the church. some view pennies as
outdated, unuseful, etc, but I know through God that those coins laying in the
street can't help anybody. Some of us step on the coins and just plain old
don't think about this, as I didn't either in the past. I work hard every day
collecting these coins so that they can make a difference in the Kingdom. so
far God has not told me to stop, so I continue collecting them as I see them.
Some, don;t even view this as a ministry, but I know through God that it is.
It may seem small to some but to me it's big. It only takes me a minute to
reach down on the ground to pick up these coins. It's not reuinging my day, it'
s not stressful for me. But, it does hurt me when i see coins everywhere,
being stepped on, driven over, sucked up in a vacuum, because it could help
someone in need. Eventhough it takes me a while to collect the coins, I have
the patience to do it.
So as I said when I am walking or whatever, I make sure I collect all money
and put it in the Church. Please remember these small steps can advance the
Kingdom also. Because outside of paying our Tithes and offerings, we can
start saving and collecting small change like pennies, nickels, dimes so that
the Kingdom will advance even more.
Who does the money help when it's just
laying on the ground or left in the car?
GOD BLESS YOU
