| Sometimes you have to get out of your comfort zone in order to get what you need. I am a firm believer that you can learn something from everyone...good, bad, or indifferent. We miss out on so much when we just stay in our same circle. Even on this site, I watch the same folks post blogs, and the same folks comment to those blogs. It appears that the conversations goes on without regard to other bloggers who also post valuable things. I have only been a part of this community about two weeks and received a "welcome" from about two or three folks. But, I look at the blogs and see that there is a circle here and some are on the outside of this Christian site looking in. Personally, I try to encourage the "other" bloggers not so much the poplars on this site. I like to chime in on the good news before I get hungry for the bad news posts. But, the bad news posts stir up a quick frenzy of comments. The good news posts are often read and no encouraging words left. Hey, this is just how I see as a new one to blogging and this site. |
