Here's my food for the day:
Breakfast: 1 slice whole grain toast w/ 2 T almond butter Lunch: 1 slice whole grain toast w/ 2 oz cheese & a pear Dinner: 1 1/2 cup chili 2 T. shredded cheese Snacks: popcorn w/ 2 t. coconut oil, Kashi bar
Exercise: walked 4.5+ miles & went pheasant hunting for about an hour |
