Great Blog;

Especially the navigation of the Holy Spirit.  Sometimes I like to help some one who's trying to get clean by letting them stay in my extra room for a while, but there comes a time when when it's time to rouse the nest as it sais in deuteronomy 30. Only the Holy Spirit knows the difference between helping and hurting.

Thanks Keith

    I really enjoyed this blog.  It is a personal pet peeve of mine that we (yes, I have been guilty of doing it too!) are so quick to shoot our mouths off at other Christians and injure them.  The Army of the Lord should work harder than any other to stave off friendly fire.  We are to speak the truth in love; sometimes we leave off the whole love part.
     I try to think about when I have stubbed a toe or cut a finger and how much those little things hurt so that I will watch the words of my mouth (or blog) so that I will not inflict pain on the body I am a part of.   I read a book by Rick Joyner, I think it was called Final Quest.  I am not clearly remembering the title.  Anyway, that book has such an intense decription of what friendly fire in the body of Christ is like it totally changed my life.  I had been a victim of friendly fire, the person thought that I needed correction, when what I needed was instruction---two VERY different things.  That experience was so wounding it has been ten years and the Lord is still walking me through the healing process there. (There was more than one occurence, the person had totally misjudged my heart and repeatedly said and did things that were brutally wounding to me.)  The good that has come from the experience is I am MUCH better at 1 Cor. 13:4-8.  I have the propensity to be very judgmental and that experience created a compassion in me for others I never would have had without it.  I never want to injure someone the way I was injured so I walk circumspectly--judging myself, less I be judged.  Perfect I am not, but I am striving to be better!
     One of my favorite songs right now is I Need You to Survive.  We forget how much we need each other to fulfill the plans the Lord has for each of us.  I can't do life alone and neither can anyone else.  We need to be "fittly joined" so that we have the supply we need to make it in this world.  The following link should play the song--I hope.  Click on the arrow that comes up on the upper right of the screen.

Go ahead tell it Baby. U know that I have to leave my two cents(LOL-a little inside joke).

We must keep a watchful eye over our actions with our fellow soldiers. We must be mindful of the presence of both saved and unsaved individuals in our presence. The only way to do this is to be armed and ready for battle, always communicating with my fellow soldiers, even at the Wal-Mart or the Piggly Wiggly. (LOL!) We must be able and willing to let our every footstep guided by OUR GREAT COMMANDER IN CHIEF to eliminate the casualties of war.

I love this blog. Keep letting God use you.

Hey - how did I miss this???

Great blog Keith, especially pertinent to our community here, where we occasionally lose sight of our unity and start blasting away at each other! LOL
