DO YOU LOVE?

4:7 Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God. 4:8 He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love.

4:19 We love him, because he first loved us. 4:20 If a man say, I love God, and hateth his brother, he is a liar: for he that loveth not his brother whom he hath seen, how can he love God whom he hath not seen? 4:21 And this commandment have we from him, That he who loveth God love his brother also.



Do you have love?  Do you show love?


What does the Bible say about love?


Jesus greatly expanded the scope and importance of love, saying love of God and love of fellowman are the most important of all the commandments. The apostle Paul said Christian love was the greatest and most essential of all the spiritual gifts. Throughout the New Testament, we are encouraged and commanded to live in peace with all God's people (e.g., Romans 12:17-18) and commit ourselves to genuine love and caring for others (e.g., 1 John 3:17-18). Those are the ways we can put our faith into practice in everyday life.

I prefer the but understand that others prefer other versions. 


 

Also, it is not right to show hatefulness to a fellow Christian if they do not belive your ideas and opinions of the bible.  If one does not know the bible truth as far as doctrine, we are to show love to them by telling it to them.  Then they have the choice to receive and believe the Truth or reject it and continue to walk in their ways that they feel is right.


 

I only follow and believe the Bible Truth.  I have been treated badly by those who do not, but I forgive them and have shown nothing but Love to them.  I pray for them and pray that they will come to know the truth and stop following false doctrines and traditions of man.  For if one is to be a true follower of Jesus Christ, His Disciple, His Sheep, then they must hear and know and follow His Voice only.  When you know the Bible truth, then you will be able to spot the lies and deception and false teachers.

The below comments were made about me by a ‘Pastor’.  I was being accused of causing division and preaching and teaching false doctrine.  No one pointed out to me what was false that I was posting.  They were very unkind, especially this ‘Pastor’.  She also sent me nasty private messages which I also copied and kept.  It sure would be nice if she’d humble herself and apologize, but that may not happen.  Just wanted to give an example of ‘love’ and ‘pastor’ and ‘chrisitian’? 

 

I only preach bible truth and am very truthful.  I am always deliberate in my messages.

  Picture this:   You and only you well maybe your family (hubbie works all day) and with 11 acers of land and nobody around to talk to but the children.   Nobody.... Nobody..... and then somehow, one day, a computer was given to you and you discovered there was more people out there.  However, you didn't realized how long you've been away from population.   Things have changed,  and even though you're using a computer which is proof that things have changed.... you still don't get it....  



I'm I making any sense here?

Well don't leave me out of this:   I too reached out and got angry because I felt that the person is being very deliberate....  and I was right.   I sent an email yesterday said to myself, (if tomorrow this email is posted on the blog) than I know I'm right.  Today said email is posted in said blog. 



Again I say, don't try to preach truth while not being truthful.  That was my whole point.  The world is full of perpretrators... they come in all shapes, genders and sizes.  As we lift up our Lord, we must also watch and pray.



So don't feel sorry, it is the "spirt of confusion."  It's called being a  fanatic which brings about confusion.  Many folk don't know what all has happened before and share their opinion from just a bit, and come to the wrong conculsion.     There is a simple formula for lack of a better word that I use when trying to determine who is and who isn't; I ask myself "what Jesus act like this?"  



One more thing, the bible does say that God is not the author of confusion.  When discord is constantly being sown, you have to come to the conclusion that's it's deliberate.  And in this instance it is.



MyChurch is about community and fellowship.  When any individual is all about condemnation there got to be something wrong with that picture.
