| Man, is it ever cold outside! It is on days like today that we become aware of what a blessing it is to have a furnace and a warm house to stay in. It is easy to take such a blessing for granted. It is also easy to take for granted the blessing that God has given us in His Word. Sometimes God has had to remind me what a blessing it is to have such easy access to the Bible. Sometimes life gets hard, stress is high, discouragement sets in and we find comfort and strength in God's Word. But why wait until the hard times to dig into God's Word? Each and every day we can open the Word and let God speak to us, convict us, and conform us to the likeness of Christ! |
