Whenever my husband and I have a problem, we pray about it together.  In fact, we should do that more often.  Personally, I pray about everything.  I've learned over the years to pray before I make a decision.  To stop, pray and listen.  God always hears prayers from a pure heart.  God loves you, and He cares about you, and everything you do.

Honestly, if you've already prayed about this, you do not have anything to lose by talking with the other office.  You won't be doing anything wrong, because your employer is aware of what is happening.  You may have answered your own question.  Just know one thing.  God is with you!

Lots of prayers, that is the key.  This could definitely be a gift from God to get you out of a bad situation.  It is worth it to talk with the other office.  At least you know what the opportunity could provide if you take it.

My experince of how God works in my life is: He prepares a way before that path is needed. I would most definitely pray Ask Jesus to show you clearly....also follow after peace. It concerns me that you boss doesn't see to mind this person doing things...that could case problems for him. I also know that in the past I've made a choice and really thought it to be the right one, but later realized it wasn't the best one. Ya know what though, Jesus still loves me and makes a wrong decision work out for His good.
I will be praying for you. Once you make your decision you' be relieved. Keep us updated.
