| Help in the middle of a storm |

I came home from work today and checked our bank account – we had $179. We needed to make a payment to the IRS of $200 or I may never get my job back! I told my husband as he was coming down the stairs with our Bibles in his hands. He has been so faithful in wanting to read the Word.
He held out his hand and said ‘Come here. Let’s pray’. I started. He followed. While he was praying, I got this picture in my mind. It was of a terrible storm – thunder, lightning, hail, high winds, pouring rain. And out of the middle of the storm, I heard a voice calling to me, “Come into the lighthouse and you will be safe”.
I told my husband about it and we both had tears streaming down our faces. We finally calmed down and started reading – Psalm 81. When we got to verse 7, we were stunned.
(NAS) "You called in trouble and I rescued you; I answered you in the hiding place of thunder;
(NLT) You cried to me in trouble, and I saved you; I answered out of the thundercloud.
There was rejoicing in our house. I mean the Holy Sprit was all over that place, and we knew beyond a shadow of a doubt that God was taking care of this problem.
