Profile of “Chasers”: 1st Quarter, 2007… Three (3) Homeless & no steady livable wage One (1) No steady livable wage Six (6) disabled or family member of disabled One (1) Several jobs to pay the bills Three (3) Homeless & unemployed TO Roof & Part-time paid work….
