I had never heard the story of Graham Staines before. Siani mentioned the fact of it for the first time I even HEARD of it.
True, we are on the other side of the world. But how could such a thing not be taken up like a torch and on the lips of every Christian the world over. How could it be EIGHT YEARS LATER that I first hear of it? If I am that out of touch with what is going on maybe others have never heard too.
Well, the cat is out of the bag now. Gladys still is there, Esther may still be there. We should go to them and get them on our camcorders and get some footage to use when we tell the story of Graham Staines on the internet  (notice I'm speaking in faith and as though I am already there...as if God allowed me the privilege. If you do it, I will be there with you in prayer and in spirit. This may be a job God has for you to do, Job. He has not put me in India...yet. Gospel Mother Goose would love to tell the story from the children's viewpoint.  Think of the seeds that would be planted in the hearts of future little missionaries!  Children need heros to look up to...and I don't mean sports figures and Brittany Spears the sex goddess singer. )

Dear sister,

It is a great pity that there are thousands of Christians around the world who have never heard of the great sacrifices made by the servants of God like Graham Staines.  People of God have no time to know about these great missionaries but find time to covet praises from others for their writings or for what they do in His vineyard.  We do not teach the biographies of great missionaries but tell them about what the present-day evangelists or what we do in His vineyard.

Well, we've got to change all that. If (I mean WHEN) the Lord allows me to build a Music History Museum for evangelism purposes, there will be an animation studio on site and animated films will be made of all the missionary stories I can find. I have always loved biography more than any other kind of book.  Realistic, good animation can easily portray things. It is harder and more expensive to do it with live actors and costumes and sets.

Sister Connie,

I have sent you my three books to you by post today.  Please read them prayerfully.  May the Lord bless you all.
