Amen!  I so love the bibles meaning of Love because i know I say I love all the time but when reading the definition of Love in the bible shows me that I have to be patient, I can't rejoice in wrong or not get irritable.  These are words that are real and definitely have a deeper meaning than what the world think it is and what I thought it meaned.

Your message here is very very real.  I know in my life now I do things to help others because i think it's the right thing (felt need) but I know and been known that it is always good and a must to consult with God because the things that we do to help others may not be the right time or may not have the effect it should have to build God's kingdom if we did it in his time.  It gets hard especially when I get myself in relationships or I may be use to doing things that I've always done but like you said what is felt needs vs. real needs.  Having that relationship with God is so important because what we want to do usually is not the right answer, I know for myself it's mostly never is the right answer or choice and also it may look like it turned out to be the right answer (satisfied my felt need in the natural) but it may not be in my spiritual walk which will eventually grieve my spirit and let me know, but God Loves us so much that this is why it's so important for us to have the relationship with him first, understand who we are, and trust him because he would not lead us astray or in the wrong direction.

I thank God for this message because when God tells me something it's for me to realize the confirmation he has given me and trust him with my real needs and let go of the felt needs AND BE DISCIPLINED.
