GOD REVEALED THROUGH CREATION AND HIS WORD.

19:1 + 19:2 \19:1\ The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handywork. 19:3 \19:2\Day unto day uttereth speech, and night unto night sheweth knowledge. 19:4 \19:3\[There is] no speech nor language, [where] their voice is not heard. 19:5 \19:4\Their line is gone out through all the earth, and their words to the end of the world. PSALM 19: 1-14 WHEN I AM SPEAKING WITH PEOPLE ABOUT THE LORD I AM OFTEN TOLD, "I DONT' HAVE TO GO TO CHURCH TO WORSHIP GOD. I CAN WORSHIP HIM OUT IN THE WOODS, OR ON THE LAKE..." WHILE IT IS TRUE THAT ONE CAN WORSHIP GOD ANY WHERE AND THAT VIEWING THE MAGNIFICENT WONDERS OF HIS CREATION DRAWS OUR ATTENTION TO GOD, CREATION ITSELF CANNOT BRING ONE TO A SAVING KNOWLEDGE OF GOD. THE FIRST SIX VERSES OF PSALM 19 DESCRIBE GOD'S GENERAL REVELATION TO MANKIND WHROUGH HIS GLORIOUS CREATION. THIS GENERAL REVELATION PROVES TO MAN THAT GOD DOES INDEED EXIST. CREATION SILENCES MAN'S CLAIM TO BE AN ATHEIST OR QUESTION THE EXISTENCE OF GOD AND LEAVES HIM WITH OUT EXCUSE (ROMANS 1:18-20.

PSALM 19:7-11 SHOWS US THAT IT IS THE WORD OF GOD THAT IS ABLE TO BRING US TO A SAVING KNOWLEDGE OF GOD. THE BIBLE IS GOD'S SPECIAL REVELATION TO MAN WHICH REVEALS THE HOLINESS OF GOD AND EXPOSES OUR OWN SINFUL NATURE WHICH SEPERATES US FROM THE GOD OF CREATION AND KEEPS US OUT OF HEAVEN. THE BIBLE ALSO REVEALS TO US JESUS CHRIST, WHO CAME TO BRIDGE THAT SEPARATION THROUGH HIS PAYMENT FOR OUR SINS ON THE CROSS(1PETER 3:180. jesus himself said,"...i am the way, the truth, and the life. no man cometh unto the father, but by me" (John14:6).

SO WHILE CREATION DECLARES THAT THERE IS AN OMNIPOTENT (ALL-POWERFUL), OMNISCIENT (ALL-WISE), AND OMNIPRESENT (IN ALL PLACES AT ALL TIMES) CREATOR, HE CAN ONLY BE KNOWN THROUGH HIS SON JESUS CHRIST AND THE BIBLE, HIS HOLY SPIRIT INSPIRED WORD. "SO THEN FAITH COMETH BY HEARING AND HEARING BY THE WORD OF GOD" (ROMANS 10:17). THIS IS WHAT JESUS MEANT WHEN HE SAID, "HE THAT HEARETH MY WORD, AND BELIEVETH ON HIM THAT SENT ME, HATH EVERLASTION LIFE, AND SHALL NOT COME INTO CONDEMNATION; BUT IS PASSED FROM DEATH UNTO LIFE"(JOHN5:24).
