Hey everybody-
I have some exciting news. We have just started a brand new group that we are making available to you called Soulwinning Outreach Stories (SOS). It is designed to be a place the body of Christ can come and share what the Lord is doing through them to reach a desperately lost world with the life saving gospel of the LifeGuard himself, Jesus Christ. You can come here and get stirred up as you read current, real life stories of what the body of Christ is doing in the area of evangelism. So are you ready to hop on the adventure of a lifetime. You are never going to be the same again.

This week in the Citytaker evangelistic tip of the day we have shared 'How do I start sharing my faith.' I want to put a tool in your hand that we just finished using with Transforming Life Ministries to shake an apartment complex in their community for Christ. We saw 60 people or so make commitments to Christ with around 30 coming to church, many for the first time. A van ministry began to bring up to 27 of them on any given Sunday. A Bible study was established and is still being conducted weekly in the home of one of our new converts, Carmen Perez, and we had a community barbecue where the new believers could invite their friends. We saw another handful come to Lord as many wept at the bold preaching of the Word. Citytaker Ministries is a ministry of reviving and equipping the church to win the lost (www.citytaker.com) and we have developed a tool that will allow the newest of Christians to share their faith with a book of Acts gospel that will produce fruit that will remain.
We call it the Citytaker Religious Questionnaire. Don't let the title fool you. If you can read, you can be used to witness and lead people to a real repentant conversion experience. It starts with some ice breakers that we have seen literally bring the walls in people's hearts and minds down.(We have a fun challenge for them to see if they know all Ten Commandments and if they do, we give them some of our pastor’s money(kidding). If you can’t get your tightwad pastor to fund that, you can eliminate that out and just continue.(Kidding)) It then asks some questions and gets their opinions on how they feel faith and religion are impacting their world leading them into specific questions on where they stand spiritually.(We use many of the tips we have shared this week with you in our daily blog-Citytaker evangelistic tip of the day.)
Next it challenges them to get real and see their sin using the mirror of the Ten Commandments.
3:24 Wherefore the law was our schoolmaster [to bring us] unto Christ, that we might be justified by faith.
It then allows you to preach about the guilt of sin and the judgment of sin, hell, all designed to bring them to the cross and understand the power of the resurrection and what they must do to receive forgiveness of sin. Repent and believe. 1:15 and saying, "The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand; repent, and believe in the gospel."
Finally, it teaches them what to do now that they are a new baby in the Lord, born again. It prepares them for what they must do to grow up into Christ and fulfill the destiny God has for them.
My dream is to have another group set up where you can find other soul winners in your area and take the Word of God and the power of God, and reach out together in your communities.

We have seen weak and timid believers turn into bold lions as they built their confidence using the questionnaire. People have mailed the questionnaire across the country to friends! Remember the gospel is the power of God unto salvation. Here you go!
