As Pastor of Kenami Ministries, Ken and I experience a lot of challenging times in ministry.Of course we have to encourage, pray for, uplift, inspire and teach, and weshow up even if we ourselves are not feeling 100%, because we love the Lord and are committed to our calling.Yet there are times when I wonder if our teaching is being effective, does it make a difference, is it doing any good?Then there are other times can say without hesitation, oh yeah, some are getting and living it.One of those individuals is our member and my friend Yaa.
Earlier this year I did a series of teaching on faith."Faith Walkers or Fake Talkers", "Living Faith",'Faith-Spiritual Hygiene", and "Faith Where Is Your Evidence".
In the session on "Faith Where Is your Evidence" I interviewed Yaa who is one of our faithful members.Yaa and I have been friends for more than 15 years now.Within that time, Yaa has had several heart attacks, a stroke, told that she now has Lupus and kidney failure.Yaa has been hospitalized so many times, that I've lost count.But I have also witnessed the amazing Grace of God in her life.Yaa is such an inspiration to me and her will and determination alone, not to give up on Jesus, and to keep fighting that good fight of faith is nothing short of amazing.
Two weeks ago, Yaa was blessed to have a kidney transplant.Once again we witnessedGod's Amazing Grace.Yaa has a story to tell. I'm asking my friends here on MyChurch to stop by her blog and celebrate with her for her blessing and God's Amazing Grace.

As you know, even when we think we are not reaching a single soul, we ARE planting seeds, and heaping burning coals upon their minds and hearts. They will remember what we say, and it will come to mind in their darkest of hours. Praise God for the miracles He is performing in Yaa's life! She sounds like such a beautiful person! An inspiration!
I have to admit. I am near to where you are now. I hope to not end up receiveing dialisis. I have had non-Hodgekins-lymfoma for some 16 years or more. I have the agresive one that went in my kidney and had to have one removed. The other has not been scoring well lately. Having to go in for "Chemo". I had to be admitted to the VA Hospital. As they wanted to be sure my kidney was hydrated well. As for my imune systom. I use "Whey Protein by "Twinlabs" called "Wheyfit." I believe it is the only reason I have not been real sick at all from being run down. This cancer can make you very tired. So much that you can hate yourself for not being able to do things you should. I would ask my doctor. Though, I have been into free weights for many years. I work out at times and that increases your circulation. you sleep better and feel better when you do. I get mine from an outfit called Nutrition Express shiped from California for half or better the price in stores. they have a tol-free number 1800-338-7979 for a catalog!! God bless, hope this helps

I watched the video and I seen a couple of the most precious ladies that has ever graced MyChurch! I love the program and I love the testimony. Keep it up!
