Last Friday was National Adoption Day. I caught President Bush's speech on C-Span over the weekend and thought it was pretty good.
This brings me to the movie "Bella". If you still have not seen this movie I encourage you to do so. The lead actor, Eduardo, gave an unbelievable Key note speech at the White House Friday for National Adoption Day. After his speech he received a standing ovation. This is a great film to go see over Thanksgiving! This movie is all about the blessings in our lives and namely about love. "Bella" is unlike the fabricated Hollywood view of love, but of a love that is authentically unselfish and done in a way that is pure beauty. I can't recommend this movie enough! It isn't playing everywhere so if it playing in driving distance then consider yourselves very lucky! Make a road trip of it. Invite your friends or family. It is worth the drive!
