Hi, my name is Bud. Some call me Buddy. I have been attending VBF for a few months less than my wife. We have been going since last year (2007) and Pastor Ron and Jim was really a big help to my convictions. I am remarried and have 6 kids total. Whether they are blood or not, it doesn't matter, God has given me the opportunity to raise children as they were mine and I am very happy about it. I have (starting with oldest) a 25 year old son named Danny who is a proud Daddy of two, a 20 year old son named Buddy Jr. who one of my best friends and work for me, an 18 year old soon to be Mommy is making me prouder of her every day named Brittany who is married to my best friend Jimmy Null's nephew Ryan {Bear), a 7 year old son named Steffen who has an endless source of information about ...everything, 5 year old daughter named Sammantha a future evangelist and super model, and 3 year old daughter named Savannah who is overflowing with so much joy and happiness its contagious. On top of all this, I have a beautiful wife named Lisa with whom I have been married to just over a year who, after God, owns my heart. We have been through a lot and I have been saved many years ago. I did not think that church was for me when my wife started attending VBF until I went (originally to please her). My convictions were so heavy, thank you Pastor Jim Crews, I had to start going and I realized that we should not live life without God anymore. I have also learned how to be the leader of my home and to make this our family's first place for God. I hope to meet new people on here that have the same interests as I am. Sometimes it is hard for me to meet people because I work a lot and my free time consists of only my family. Through the years I have found that this is the only place I am happy. Not at other people's homes, not the bars, not anywhere but with my family. Now that I have a place to commit my time to such as VBF, I am very happy to learn how to meet people and find productive and exciting ways to pass time when I need "me time."

Hello,
I had to drop in and tell you something very important right this moment:
You are my whole world. Without you, I don't know where I would be today. Thanks to God's grace, he guided me to the man that has chosen to take care of me and our kids for the rest of our lives, and love me, and honor me, and cherish me forever. You are my best friend, my rock when I need it, you are my teacher when I need to learn, you are the light when I don't understand our readings, and you are my soul mate. I hope that we still have half the love for each other if not more when we spend eternity in the promised land with our other loved one's! Wow, I love you so much.
I never knew how much a person could be loved until our eyes met 5 years ago in our best friends front yard. I could see my place with you in your eyes and nowhere else when we met for the first time.
Forever and ever, I love you to no end. Thanks for always saying I love you even when we have our moments of weakness.
