Central Christian Church of Boone is a lively, family-friendly congregation with a strong commitment to mission and witness. As "Disciples of Christ," we are "People of the Chalice," welcoming all who seek Christ to come to Christ's table weekly for the refreshment and comfort of the Lord's Supper, Holy Communion. Inspired by our denomination's pioneer founders, Alexander Campbell and Barton Stone, we affirm that "We have no creed but Christ" and "Unity is our Polar Star." At 8th and Greene Streets, we have weekly Bible studies and a Wednesday evening "Central Christian Bible Club" ("CCBC") with games and learning activities for children and youth. We have a variety of mission projects and social events each month.
