I am a U.S. Army Infantryman / Paratrooper - Long Range Surveillance Detachment (LRSD) Team Leader turned Chaplain. My life has been a series of pendulum swings - go into the ministry - run (like Jonah) from the ministry & joining the Army - leave the Army - enter full time ministry - finally culminating with entering the U.S. Army Chaplaincy => Reconciling Both Military Service and Full Time Ministry!
As a Chaplain, my assignments include the:
*5th Special Forces Group (Airborne) *1st Battalion, 10th Special Forces Group (Airborne) – Böblingen- Stuttgart, Germany *1st Battalion, 5th Infantry Regiment; 1st Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 25th Infantry Division *1st Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 25th Infantry Division *62d Medical Brigade *I Corps Headquarters *82d Airborne Division . . . "America's Division! - The All Americans!!" (I took the below right photo in Untersulmettingen, Germany during a joint jump with the German SpecialForces in 1998)
Interests
Jesus Christ is the Absolute Love of my life! He brought Lori - the girl of my dreams into my life and united us in marriage . . . going on 23 years! He blessed us with three beautiful babies . . . and I never cease to be amazed by His provision and never ending mercy.
