 
Hello everyone! My name is Christen and I have been attending Valley for 3 years this month. I love this chuch and everything it has to offer. This body of believers is one big family. You can feel the love as soon as you pull your car into the parking lot. A little about myself: I am 24 years old and am married to Ryan. We have been married for 1 and a half years now. He is a believer as well and attends Valley too! I am a full time student at Fresno Pacific University here in Bako. I am going to be a kindergarden teacher! I also go to Bakersfield College on the side to learn sign language. PS-"Don't ever let someone tell you B.C. is a 2 year college". Trust me, it took me 5 years to recieve my AA in liberal studies and I still go there. I was raised in a very small church here in Bako. but when I turned 16 I thought church was "dumb" and not necessary. My parents and I fought back and forth for many years about going. I basically did not go to church for five years until a wonderful servent of Christ named Heather, invited me and my best friend to Valley. We went one time and loved it! This church changed my thoughts about God. I know now that he is real, he talks, and he wants to be involved with my own personal life. Thank you Pastor Ron, Jim, Josh, and all the Valley Team for the wonderful work that you are doing! JESUS LIVES!
