I just spoke with Theresa, Pastor Dave's wife and he is very ill. Please pray for Dave. He is in bed with a fever. He has MELAS and you can read about it in his post by clicking here. Theresa said she would send over an update after he goes to the doctors. Please pray for this awesome servant of the Most High. He suffers tremendously every day. He is very anxious to go to heaven, but he is only 51. Thank you and I will add an update as soon as I hear anything.

Please see Joe's blog for the latest updates. Sorry I have been busy with a double work-load, since Dave is out. And the four-corners of the earth have all decided that now is the time to join MyChurch! I am glad to see we are getting more global. I never even heard of some of these countries :)

Theresa said prayer is the most important thing at this point. He is in bed. She couldn't talk long, but she did say she would get back to me.

I spoke with Dave today and he said he would probably be in bed for another two weeks. He said he may have to have surgery again next week, and he will have to remain in bed at least until then. He can take phone calls in between nurses coming to care for him. He can also receive e-mails from his cell phone. He just can't pull up websites, like this one. You don't realize how much you miss or need someone until they are gone. The mother-load is quite a task. Please pray for his speedy recovery as he really misses MyChurch and oh how we miss him!
