Pray for us, our hosts, and the people we will serve, for our preparation, our protection, and for the sharing of grace and love across political and geographic boundaries, in the unity of one body, in Christ.
Donate supples: Adult Cough medicine (4 oz.), Children's Cough Medicine (4oz.), Children's Cold Medicine (4 oz.), Infant Acetaminophen or Ibuprofen drops, Calcium Carbonate tablets (like TUMS), ziplock plastic bags (sandwich or gallon size).
Donate Funds: Checks to Peace Lutheran, Honduras Mission; all team members raise their own funds, so excess monies go directly to supporting the school and ministries of Gerizim as a gift from us to them.

| Thanks for the information. I have been active with a Christian non-profit orgainiztion called the Highland Support Project doing mission work in the mountains of Guatemala for many years. They send service and medical teams year round to assist the marginalized Mayan communities in that country.
Do you get supplies from the UVA Hospital Surplus dept. or the Christian pharmaceutical suppliers? They are good sources for mission trip supplies.

I had not heard of using UVA. We get our Meds through MAP International, The King Foundation, Ortho macNeil, and Blessings International.
Nancy and I would love to hear more about Guatemala... maybe we can find a time to share.
