Hey Derek! Long time no see. I really need to get over that way and hang out with all you guys.  I miss y'all! 

I wont be able to participate in the life group right off the bat, as I leave for the acadamey this coming sunday, but hopefully I can join in once that is over. At least Ill be able to come to church for a couple of weekends. =D

Thanks. Im seriously going to miss everyone on Sunday nights. I wish I had more choice or control over my schedule, but I dont. I am told that it may change again (my days off) but is still doubtful that I will get Sunday nights off. So, Im just going to wait patiently till the next Thursday night life study group starts. For now, Im just waiting on God to do "His" thing. =D

Thanks for the comment on my photo! Yeah, I had long hair for years. Even had a perm for a while -- the early Bon Jovi look! The acoustic in the picture is a Hohner from the late 70's. It was my first guitar. I still have it in the closet.

It won't be long til the strawberries are ready for pickin', and we'll be heading to Baker. We'll be sure to swing through the neighborhood and look for you on our way!

thank you so much for responding to my negativity..I know people can react differently during hard times...I might've been a bit irrational but that's why i'm glad that I have friends like you guys to help me understand from a different point of view. I'm so glad that I've got someone like you who shows care and not judgement. Your wife is a very luck lady. I do have things that I'm still trying to get over due to the argument that occurred with me and my fiancee...i'm still confused...like I wanna trust him but could it be of my jealous nature? I caught him chatting with a gal from his military days that he once had feelings for around midnight when I thought he had passed out asleep. He had tried to deny the fact and instead when I try to make him prove me wrong he proved himself wrong by still having her on a webcam watching and chatting with her. I'm not too sure on what to really think. Am I to just forget about it and not make such a big deal? I'm still stuck on that night not knowing what he was doing or saying. Should I let it ruin our relationship by not being able to let go? Should I believe him? Or has my jealousy just kicked up like 20 notches? Please help to realize what is. I know you can't give me all the answers...but seeing that we're going to be getting married in June of this year...I've been trying to chat with married couples and see from their point of views of how they made it through arguments and suspiciousness. I hope you can help me with some insight on this.

hey derek...i hope you still kinda remember who I am through my page...but i was just wondering on what your opinion was on relationships and "cheating". Is it just "cheating" when the other person actually meets and does something with another women? Or what is the real meaning of "cheating".?
