well, i have 4 children,6 sisters, 2 dads, 1 mom, a husband, a dog named The Cuteness and have been attending Valley Bible here in Bakersfield for about 8 years and love it. i head up chilren's ministry drama, run for God a homeless outreach, and hold a bible study for girls 9-14 in my home every friday night.i keep busy i other things as well, but one of my passions in life is event and party planning, i enjoy it alot, every detail of it,oooh, i take that back, i don't like cleaning up the mess after.;(
i always have a house full of kids, i run a strict home but for some crazy reason the kids keep coming back. i would have stayed away a long time ago! :o
i am involved with youth for christ in their teen mom program and currently mentor a 14 year old teen mom who has a 4 month old little girl.
God is Good and keeps my eyes focused on his stuff, and i am having a ball doing it!

i have only been there a couple times, to ihp underground and i wish i could go more often but hopefully now that it will be going to every sunday, if it's not yet, then i will be able to make it more often. it usually lands on a day that we go feed the homeless at a park here in bakersfield so now i will have more options to choose from, i also listen on line. i found a video on Godtube and set out to IHP that same sunday last year and again in april of this year.
how about you, how long have you been there and how did you start going?
