Greetings Crewe CC! Nice to see a Disciples church in VA region District 6 with a nice interactive webpage. I'm interested in finding out who if anyone in District 6 is the point of contact for Disciples Men activities. As the new Interim Assoc. Minister for Disciples Men here in the VA region I'd like to extend a special invite to the Disciples Men/CMF of Crewe CC and the other D6 mens groups to attend the Disciples Men regional retreat in Wakefield this coming April 11-13. We'd love to have participation from your church and district! Disciples Men from all over VA will be gathering to fellowship together and to share our Disciples Men work and experiences with one another. We're working to try and get 100 men to attend. Since I've been attending from 2002 I've seen anyone participate from District 6. I do hope that your Disciples Men of Crewe CC will help us promote this special event and that someone from your group will come and fellowship. I look forward to hearing from your men's leader to answer any questions.
