I have been a Christian for most of my life, but there have been times when I have forgotten that I am not the one in control. My heart's desire is to earn the perfect peace that comes from
studying His word, trusting, and following His purpose for me.
I think of our years on earth as a journey. We can stand still, or backtrack....it doesn't matter. Time still passes all the same.
So until our journey is ended, the best we can do is keep moving in the direction that God leads us....toward His promise of eternal life.

I am blessed with a wonderful husband, two sons, three step daughters, and 8 grandchildren, and another one due the end of September :-)
