I like contemporary Christian very much but my main love is progressive rock such as Yes, Spocks Beard, Rush, Genesis (from the 70's), ELP, etc. I have recently been listening to Neal Morse who is Contemporary Christian but with a progressive feel. His music is exciting and biblical. I especially like his album titled "?"
Books
Television
My favorite is classic television that is at least 20 years old. I also favor old movies on Turner Classic Movies. I occasionally watch the travel channel.

Hey I just wanted to say it was great getting to visit you this weekend. We will do it again and this summer we will come over for a few days. (I would of picked the Beatles version for ya! LOL - then we could of let Michelle "give you a birthday spanking"!! (You KNOW that's something that "woulda been"suggested! LOL) Happy Birthday good friend! (I will warn you though, since you went all the way through rehearsal without giving us a hint....I'm going to suggest Perry announces it before we play "Peace like a river" sunday! Ha ha!!:-) Bill
Hello Steve, Thanks for the email with the information on our 9/30 songs! (I really appreciate the MP3 attachment of "I've got peace like a river!" (I totally agree with your asessment of it! LOL!:-) I saw Perry at Kohl's, and he too told me of your email, thanks. Then I found out from him, and Karen Price (She and Tony Edgington are our "Discipleship IV" instructors) that "YOU ARE LEAVING ALDERSGATE!! (Job requires so!!???!) Awwww, and we were just starting to "ROCK" too! (As in: "The lord is the ROCK...":-) Will we (you and I) be able to "compete" in the ALDERSGATE IDOL" competition on October 13th?? I think it was you that told me some secular music could be played then as well? (Maybe some of your "black SABBATH", "YES" or "RUSH"!! (anything but "workin man" pleeze! LOL!)
I do hope you are going to stay a member of "Aldersgate" here online at "Mychurch.org", so that we can stay in touch after your move. (You know you don't have to be a member ("physically" or "stay a member" of the "real world" Brick-and-mortar building, to be a member of "ANY CHURCH" here on Mychurch.org..... Have you checked to find a "new church" in your new location? (There should already be a webpage for any you choose, here on Mychurch! You could actually get a "jump" on your "new congregation" by "joining" it BEFORE you even move there and/or attend it! LOL! Either way, WE ARE DEFINETELY going to miss you at Aldersgate United Methodist - Toledo!! (Not only for your musical talents, but also your work with our Youth Ministries, Men's Club, Habitat for Humanity, Mission Trips, Emmaus Walks, Chrysalis, New Members, etc.., etc.., (THE list goes ON and ON!!! ***LOL - ...."on, and on, and on,....it's Heaven and Hel....." - B.S.!!LOL) Either way, your new church will be VERY, VERY Lucky to have someone like you attending and/or being a member!
