About
At FPCPJ there is room for everyone; room to discover what it means to be a child of God; room to explore what it means to follow Jesus; room to ask questions and grow in faith; room to serve God and the community in ways that use your unique gifts and talents. In order to make room for everyone to worship God, FPCPJ offers the following: Meditative liturgy, Family Liturgy, Traditional liturgy and coming soon - a contemporary liturgy. It is true that the members of FPCPJ range from Unitarian to Pentecostal, including a large number of people who grew up in the Catholic church, and it is also true that we are firmly routed in the reform tradition that the church is reformed and always reforming according to the Word of God. > > > >

My church community is important to me because they are very supportive and do things in our communtiy to help others.

Please check out the logo and slogan at the top of the page. This is not the church's official logo/slogan but I wanted get feedback before moving it forward. I shared it with several people and have already made some changes. If the feedback is positive, then I will turn it over to a professional designer to tighten up the image and fonts and integrate it into our new evangelism materials.

Thank you to everyone who participated in the CROP walk for hunger. Working together across denominational lines, state-lines and church and state lines we were able to raise over eight thousand dollars - and this was our first attempt. Special thanks go out to Carol D. who brought this idea to the church and got the ball rolling. And special thanks to Lorraine H. who did a great job getting individual donors but also business donors. A team is already starting to plan for next year. If you are interested please let me know or call the church office.

Since no one has left a comment recently I'll get us started. It has been a great summer the church steps were replaced, thanks to the hard work of the congregation. New railings will be installed shortly. The CROP walk is coming up as well as another "Make a Differnce Day". Good work FPCPJ!

Wow I really like this. What a great way to stay connected. This should really appeal to our younger crowd.
