The Leadership Team specifically oversees the Mission, Vision, and Values Statement which is the heart of the congregation. The Leadership Team insures that the congregation is proceeding forward in a balanced way. The Leadership Team provides clarification and interpretation of the Mission, Vision, and Values when questions arise. The Leadership Team helps shepherd the congregation and they work to further the Mission, Vision and Values. Last, The Leadership Team works within the Mission, Vision and Values to make the most effective decisions on behalf of the congregation. Constitutionally, the Leadership Team functions as the Coingregational Council, with each of the roles and responsibilities defined therein.
