"You can't go forth in this hour without My presence, so you must wait for the positioning of My presence."

Last week at our Tuesday morning prayer, the Lord began to establish His presence in a new way among us. In this time of new beginnings, we must not presume that we know where the "Ark of His Presence" is moving. We must wait and watch with expectancy to see how He would have us advance into our next war.

On that Tuesday morning, God began by having us stand very quietly, so we could hear our heart beat. I would encourage you to listen carefully for your heartbeat. Ask for a realignment of your heart desires with His heart desires. Then ask the Lord for you to hear the stillness of the Heavens. In the midst of your chaos, ask Him to let you hear the stillness of His shadow. Ask Him to let you hear sounds you have not heard. Tell Him you are listening, and let Him circulate the atmosphere of Heaven around you. Ask Him to bring and activate your atmospheric change.

Let the cares of the day slip away, so you hear the will of Heaven. Don't go out in your own strength. Wait for the pulsating heart of God to propel the blood in your heart, forth. Some of you are contending over how others are moving forward. Some of you are being awakened with anxiety, and you are questioning how you will ever get everything done so you can advance into your best, in days ahead.

Prophetic Word of the Lord

Then I heard the Lord say, "My heart is not anxious. Wait for My heart to align yours. Stay in time with My heartbeat. Sit before Me and listen now, and you will be energized to bring everything into order that seems confusing and bringing disarray in your life. The beating of My heart positions My Ark. You can't go forth in this hour without My presence, so you must wait for the positioning of My presence. Give Me space. If you walk too quickly, you will stumble. Let the Ark go before you.

In My presence you will be surefooted. In My presence you will see your way. In My presence you will see your enemy. So look up, for the Heavens are clear. Even though there is fog and debris in your path, the Heavens are clear before you. In My presence you're aware of all of your surroundings. You know when to turn right and when to turn left. 'Your' scheduling of time is allowing the enemy to come in and find a way to change time and set legalistic structures. You are not choosing the best.

The best is what My heart has for you. Allow My heart to beat within you, so that best can be yours. I am a God that can move just as easily behind you as in front of you. Align yourself with Me, and I will open up the way and will guard your mistakes so they do not catch up with you again.

Don't cross the ford of the next stream in front of you too quickly. It is deceptive, and deeper than you know. Allow My presence to go before you, and you will see the bottom of that place become a way before you. You will see dry ground before you step into the river that would attempt to sweep you away. Let My presence prepare the way before you.

I will be able to redirect you to move to the right and then to the left to avoid the crash that is already in your path. That which would hit you head on will find its way past you, and you will find the path that will bring you fulfillment in your life.

The concern you have over supply is driving you out of time and driving you ahead of what I have for you. Stay in My presence so you can see the path of supply that is ahead of you.

Many of you are seeking deliverance, but that path has not formed and My Ark has not entered your path yet. Wait until you see My presence beginning to transform and open up and do surgery, then deliverance will come quickly. My path is a path of freedom. It is not one that I would have you strive to enter and walk in.

Now My heart will beat with yours, for you have crossed over into a new beginning. Let My Ark go first! Let My Ark go before you. This will be a time of starting and stopping. Because of the new beginning you are in, you must start and stop with Me. You must not try to come up without Me calling you to come up. You must not go to a platform that I do not call you up upon, for the winds would be too brisk for you there. The winds would be too strong for you and you would blow away instead of standing to see your next step.

Don't celebrate too quickly before Me. Watch and wait, and you will see yourself celebrating; you will see the victory ahead and will be liberated into the fullness of the next war that I have for you."

California Wildfires: “This is a Sign That God is Blazing Through” 

As many of you are aware, more than half a million people have so far evacuated their homes from Mexico to north of Los Angeles, due to the wildfires that are now burning in the state of California. Damage is estimated so far at more than $1 billion with 645 square miles scorched at the time of this writing. Hollywood has also taken a blow. A number of celebrities have been forced to flee the area and many production sets have stopped and been abandoned, according to news reports.

About six weeks ago on Sept. 8, while ministering in Stockton, California, I prophesied publicly about the coming of these fires, which we feel are a prophetic sign of revival that is coming to burn in the state. This will be a wildfire revival that is not tamed, controlled or orchestrated by anyone other than God Himself.

Along with this wildfire prophecy, the Lord showed me revival fires such as those that have burned in Latin America will be spreading through California. I saw a clear connection with the Hispanic community, and revival spreading between Baja, Mexico, the border region and California, where the natural fire is now located. Here is an excerpt from the prophecy:

“Wildfire state of California, burn, burn burn! … Get ready wildfire state. I want you to hear me clearly: I’m not saying this as a ‘judgment prophet’ – I’m not saying this in that regard, OK? But you watch and see the wildfires coming. It’s going to be a sign of something in the Spirit. We pray protection over properties. We pray the protection of God. But watch and see. This is a sign that God is blazing through, and He’s clearing and leveling ground for the coming of His Kingdom in California. We say fire of Heaven burn. Fire of Heaven come. We need the flame of God. We need the consuming wildfire of Heaven. Come in Jesus name!”

Not a Containable Fire

Earlier in the week, ABC News headlines read “Malibu Wildfire 'Zero Percent' Contained.” Acting Malibu Mayor Pamela Conley Ulich told reporters, “This fire is zero percent contained which means we're at the mercy of the wind." Eventually, firefighters acknowledged that only the weather – not their own efforts – would determine the course of this blaze. The Lord is releasing a fire that will be zero percent contained by the mind and strength of man in this hour. It will not be bound by convention, tradition or religion. It will burn wherever it so pleases. This is the fire of full possession by the Holy Spirit that will hit the streets in a blazing inferno.

Often, people question the sovereign hand of God in the midst of natural disasters. But we must ever return to the simple knowledge that God is God. In the same way that the Lord causes the sun and rain to fall both on the righteous and the wicked, we must always put a simple trust in Him in situations such as these. Moreover, we should know His heart for redemption and restoration.

Amazingly, only three people have died out of the nearly one million evacuees. This is tremendous grace. Although there has been much property destruction, there are also stories of the miraculous. Over a month ago, when the Lord showed us these fires coming, we also prayed that properties would be protected.

In an interesting story posted on CNN, two residents of Rancho Bernardo, Pepe and Carolina Galmes, found that their house was left perfectly standing, although every other home in their neighborhood burned to the ground around them as sparks rained down from the sky. The dancing hand of God will move as He so chooses.

“Our house was the only one standing on the block,” said Pepe. “It’s a miracle.”

“We couldn’t believe our eyes. It’s a miracle, because our neighbors are gone – and all the row of the houses on the block (burned) and also the forest behind,” said Carolina.

“It’s a miracle. (The houses on our) left and right are down to the ground,” added Pepe.

An Upturn in Real Estate

While in Stockton, the Lord also had me prophesy about an upturn in the California real estate market. The market has been on a downturn for the past year or more, but the Lord showed us that it has reached its lowest point. This needed to happen, because of inflation. But from here, there will be a turn around. Despite the destruction of more than 1,600 homes and buildings, the fires may actually prove beneficial to the real estate market, which is a huge determining factor in the overall economy.

"In the odd nature of economic accounting, this will probably be a stimulus," Alan Gin, a University of San Diego economist, told the Los Angeles Times. "There will be a huge amount of rebuilding in the next couple of years, financed by insurance payments."

Although our heart is never to see destruction, we do feel that there are unavoidable acts of God that He will reveal through prophetic word. What is important is that our eye remains full of light in the midst of these circumstances. We should see that the Lord’s aim is not devastation, but to bring revival. This is a fire of love, but it will also consume everything that stands in the way of love. This is going to be a wild and “out of control” move of Heaven – a holy fire that determines wherever it wants to burn! Fire From Heaven

This is not the first time we have seen God back His word with literal fire. In 2005, while preaching a week of meetings in Alaska, several small, independent wildfires broke loose every day that I spoke (Click Here for the report). At the end of the week, I spoke on the Spirit of Burning and a huge, 5,000-acre wildfire erupted that day

In the summer of 2006, we preached at Redlands, California as a wildfire likewise broke loose there. We have also seen regional power outages while ministering, along with bizarre weather patterns (such as snow falling in the springtime in Georgia). We have even seen the Lord cause it to rain inside buildings during some meetings! This type of activity will not be limited to one or two people, but to all those who cultivate a lifestyle in the Glory. God is releasing manifest sons in this hour whose words will be backed with signs in the heavens above and the earth below. The earth is crying out for these sons to be revealed to administer its freedom from the frustration of the curse!

The Lord is releasing a generation that moves in the Spirit of Elijah, whose tongues are literally flamethrowers. Elijah called down fire from heaven, and the mantle of the two witnesses that will be on this last days church will also walk in this same authority.

These are the two olive trees and the two lampstands standing before the God of the earth. And if anyone wants to harm them, fire proceeds from their mouth and devours their enemies. And if anyone wants to harm them, he must be killed in this manner. These have power to shut heaven, so that no rain falls in the days of their prophecy; and they have power over waters to turn them to blood, and to strike the earth with all plagues, as often as they desire (Rev. 11:4-6, NKJV).

This is not some haphazard thing the Lord is releasing in this hour. Nor will He entrust such words to those who lack compassion. Even the Lord’s judgments are for the sake of removing every obstacle to intimacy. Our enemies are not people or families affected by this disaster, but rather, we wrestle against “principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places” (Eph. 6:12, NKJV).

The amazing thing about these wildfires in California is the tremendous grace and protection of God in the midst of them. If the Lord is behind this, we know He will use it for the greater good of all the communities involved. Let us continue to pray for the families affected by these fires and continue to press in for wholesale revival in California.

TIME TO SEND ROVER TO THE POUND! But keep the cows

If you have been in some of my meetings you might have heard me talk about the poverty spirit. The poverty spirit loves church by the way. He knows the way blindfolded.

I often say that people bring Rover ( poverty spirit) to church on a leash every Sunday. They bring him in and find their seat. " Oh look Rover, here’s our seat- Oh my! there is someone sitting in our seat - bite them Rover."

Well folks, sorry to tell you, but it’s time for Rover to go to the pound ( the demon pound).

There are things to do and places to go. We should be ready to go, so I hope you have a passport. If you don’t, I suggest you get one NOW as there are going to be a lot of "suddenlies" and you could be one of them.

You are meant to be a vessel and channel for everything God. Your prophetic gift is not for you, it’s for the person or group you are ministering to. Your healing anointing is not a gift for you - its for the people who receive the healing. The gifts of the spirit are not your gifts - they just flow through you. They are a gift for the people who are on the other end of the ministry.

Well finances are to flow through you too -you should always be asking God where and when He wants you to give. It should be an endless flow. Like I said, "There are also places to go and things to do."

When God puts nations, ideas, ministry places in your heart, its not His will that you are unable to obey because of finances, or lack of them. Need, lack, owing is something that should NOT be part of our lives. When Jesus was crucified, he was hung naked on the cross. Nakedness speaks of need. He crucified your need so that we should not live in need. Don’t forget you are His advertisement, so you had better have something good.

Better send Rover to the pound for a start and get rid those old religious mind sets that are such a hindrance to your receiving. God gets glory when you receive what He promised. "All the promises of God are in Him ( Jesus) are yes and Amen to the glory of God" ( 11 Cor. 1)

Jesus left you an awesome inheritance, and He doesn’t need it in heaven so its available for YOU right NOW. There’s nothing you have to earn or qualify for, Jesus qualified you 100% on that cross. You don’t have to keep re- qualifying as some people do.

Jesus is not trying to change or improve the old man ( read Romans chapter six) He crucified the old man so that by faith you can live in the new man who is already created in righteousness and holiness. Years ago I decided to give up trying to be holy and got into His holiness instead- it worked much better than mine - wonder why?

God doesn’t mind what you have in the way of possessions, as long as they don’t have you. He told me once " Kathie I don’t mind what you have as long you can give it away the same day."

" Well fair enough" I thought. He tested me on it a couple of times. I still hide my little red mink jacket under the book table at the meeting, so that God doesn’t see it!

The cheapest thing is not normally the best value - God is interested in value - that’s why He loves YOU - YOU are valuable. You are not a "sinner saved by grace" you were a sinner saved by grace but now you are a son or daughter or almighty God.

Now you are royalty - and the most royal of all royalty. No poverty sprits here of any kind- this royal family sent Rover to the pound a long time ago. Someone else probably adopted him because they thought they were being spiritual. Feeding him and petting him, he’s quite fat by now. Be hard to run, but then he wouldn’t have to, they probably like him there. Makes them feel all religious. Its funny you can say most anything in church cant you, "cheese, cake, cat, apples, car, and no one minds at all, but if you say the no, no word "money" people look like they are about to have a heart attack. Weird if you ask me. Money is just a commodity - like gas, like electric.

Some Christians keep little religious demons, like pets, and give them lots of attention. They are flea ridden. We have had a "flea dip" in some meetings I’ve had.

You can actually smell the disinfectant at the front. We have had a "march through" and played my wild Rugby ground music, but hundreds of these fleas ( little religious spirits) left. Great - I love it. It makes more room for the glory of God

Anyway I am finishing up with my cow tail ( tale) so that God can give you a cow and you can receive it and prosper -

THE COWS

The Lord has given me a word for people now and then regarding cows - and they are all working.

I went into my bedroom to have a serious time with God and talk to Him about some serious issues like money for mission trips. But my Himalayan cat (he's the one I talk about in my animal stories) came into the room and was rolling over on the carpet. I guess there must have been some static or something in the carpet because he suddenly shot up in the air about 3 feet with all his long hair sticking up all over the place and his eyes like saucers. He looked like a giant porcupine so that was the end of my "serious" talk with God. I started giggling, the cat looked so weird.

Anyway back to the cows: In case you haven't heard me talk about cows - here's the scoop on the cows:

Years ago when we were going on a lot of mission trips (you know how expensive that can be) I said to the Lord, "You know Lord we can't keep taking this money from our general account for these trips, because we have to run our office and pay our staff." He said to me, "I'll give you a cow," so I said, "Well, thanks very much, but our neighbors don't even like our dog, I don't think they will be happy with some big old cow standing in our front yard."

God said "No, you don't understand." "Right" I thought. "A cow represents a continual means of provision."

When the children of Israel went into the promised land they were told it was a land flowing with milk and honey. But you know, there weren't rivers of milk, that they went to the river with a bucket and drew out a bucket of milk to bring home, there was a little work involved. They had to milk the cows.

Then the Lord said to me, "I will give you a book and that will be your first cow." So my first book, "Living in the Supernatural" became a good cow. Now I didn't write the book to make money- I wrote it because Creation House asked me to and because I had something to say, but nevertheless it became a good cow.

This cow is everywhere, all over the world. Then the Lord said to me, "If you are faithful with that cow, I will give you another cow, in fact you can have a whole herd of cows, it doesn't matter to Me." Well now I have a herd of cows, I have 12 books and David has 14 and I have my scarves and oil, they are cows too and they are also a blessing to people.

So anyway last night I saw cows being released, they were floating down. Maybe God has a cow for you. Don't use your mind to reason about it and try to think up something. If God has a cow (well you might already have it) you have to get into faith to hear and let Him drop it into your spirit.

We are all going places next year, like never before. Spiritually and physically. God can give you a cow- a fat healthy cow that can bring finances into the Body.

I know God can just speak to someone with pots of money to give you $500,000 and yes, sometimes He does do that.

The Bible says, the cattle on a thousand hills belong to God. So there's room for both. I love it when people give gifts to our ministry, of course I do; but I also love it when God brings cows. The Holy Spirit is the best businessman there is. It’s great when He supernaturally tells you about great business deals.

I want to encourage you in your cow receiving. I always encourage people to invest in someone else's cow too.

"Father, I thank you that you are pouring out a blessing upon the earth because of your Son, Jesus, and I release cows today." (Now hold out your arms to catch this cow of yours and receive it.)

"We thank you Lord God, Abba, Daddy for your provisions which are plentiful. Thank you for the whole herds of cows. I Pray that ministries, churches, individuals, will receive a great cow, a fat cow, a cow with calves, in the Name of Jeshua, Jesus, Amen"
