NextStep Ministries reached 94 people with the Gospel of Jesus Christ this week. Praise GOD!!!
1 Peter 1:22-25 Now that you've cleaned up your lives by following the truth, love one another as if your lives depended on it. Your new life is not like your old life. Your old birth came from mortal sperm; your new birth comes from God's living Word. Just think: a life conceived by God himself! That's why the prophet said,
The old life is a grass life, its beauty as short-lived as wildflowers; Grass dries up, flowers droop, God's Word goes on and on forever. This is the Word that conceived the new life in you.
The way I approach people is, it may very well be the last time I see them and if I don't speak to them in truth, their blood may very well be on my hands and when I stand before God for my judgment I want to be innocent of all the blood of the people the Lord Jesus brought before me, so I seek and speak in absolute truth.

A friend sent this to me. It's been said that God first separated the salt water from the fresh, made dry land, planted a garden, made animals and fish... all before making a human. He made and provided what we'd need before we were born. These are best & more powerful when eaten raw. We're such slow learners...
God left us a great clue as to what foods help what part of our body!
God's Pharmacy! Amazing!
Watch the movie or read below!
Improved eye sight
A sliced Carrot looks like the human eye. The pupil, iris and radiating lines look just Like the human eye; and YES science now shows that carrots greatly enhance blood flow to and function of the eyes. - The beta-carotene that gives carrots their vibrant color also acts as a potent antioxidant, preventing cell damage, slowing aging, boosting immunity, and fostering healthy eyesight.
Heart health
A Tomato has four chambers and is red. The heart is red and has four Chambers. All of the research shows tomatoes are indeed pure heart and blood food. _ Lycopene has been shown to help protect not only against prostate, but breast, pancreatic and intestinal cancers, especially when consumed with fat-rich foods, such as avocado, olive oil or nuts.
vitalized heart and blood
Grapes hang in a cluster that has the shape of the heart. Each grape looks like a blood cell and all of the Research today shows that grapes are also profound heart and blood vitalizing food. _
good news. You don't have to be a wine enthusiast in order to benefit from grapes. The heart-healthy benefits derived from "grapes" are available in 5 forms. From the grape itself (grape skin, flesh, seeds) and from grape beverages (wine, juice).
Improved Brain Function
A Walnut looks like a little brain, a left and right hemisphere, upper Cerebrums and lower cerebellums. Even the wrinkles or folds are on the nut just like the neo-cortex.We now know that walnuts help develop over 3 dozen ne uro-transmitters For brain function. _
Walnuts have often been thought of as a "brain food," not only because of the wrinkled brain-like appearance of their shells, but because of their high concentration of omega-3 fats. Your brain is more than 60% structural fat. For your brain cells to function properly, this structural fat needs to be primarily the omega-3 fats found in walnuts, flaxseed and cold-water fish.
Kidney function
Kidney Beans actually heal and help maintain kidney function and yes, they look exactly like the Human kidneys. - Kidney beans are a very good source of cholesterol-lowering fiber, as are most other beans. In addition to lowering cholesterol, kidney beans' high fiber content prevents blood sugar levels from rising too rapidly after a meal, making these beans an especially good choice for individuals with diabetes, insulin resistance or hypoglycemia. When combined with whole grains such as rice, kidney beans provide virtually fat-free high quality protein. But this is far from all kidney beans have to offer.
Stronger Bones
Celery, Bok Choy, Rhubarb and more look just like bones. These foods specifically target bone strength. Bones are 23% sodium and these foods are 23% sodium. If you don't have enough Sodium in your diet the body pulls it from the bones, making them weak. These foods replenish the skeletal needs of the body. - Celery contains vitamin C and several other active compounds that promote health, including phalides, which may help lower cholesterol, and coumarins, that may be useful in cancer prevention.
Healthy Womb and Cervix
Eggplant, Avocados and Pears target the healt h and function of The womb and cervix of the female - they look just like these organs. Today's research shows that when a woman eats 1 avocado a week, it balances hormones, sheds unwanted birth Weight and prevents cervical cancers. And how profound is this? . it takes exactly 9 months to Grow an avocado from blossom to ripened fruit. There are over 14,000 phytolytic chemical Constituents of nutrition in each one of these foods (modern science has only studied and named about 141 of them). - Avocados contain oleic acid, a monounsaturated fat that may help to lower cholesterol. In one study of people with moderately high cholesterol levels, individuals who ate a diet high in avocados showed clear health improvements. After seven days on the diet that included avocados, they had significant decreases in total cholesterol and LDL cholesterol, along with an 11% increase in health promoting HDL cholesterol.
male sterility
Figs are full of seeds and hang in twos when they grow. Figs increase the motility of male sperm and increase the numbers of sperm as well to overcome male sterility. - Figs are a good source of dietary fiber. Fiber and fiber-rich foods may have a positive effect on weight management. In one study, women who increased their fiber intake with supplements significantly decreased their energy intake, yet their hunger and satiety scores did not change. Figs, like other high fiber foods, may be helpful in a weight management program.
pancreas health
Sweet Potatoes look like the pancreas and actually balance the glycemic index of diabetics. - the recent classification of sweet potato as an "antidiabetic" food. Sweet potato has been given this label because of some recent animal studies in which sweet potato helped stabilize blood sugar levels and lowered insulin resistance. (Insulin resistance is a problem caused when cells don't respond to the hormone insulin, which is supposed to act as a key and unlock the cell in order to allow sugar to pass from the blood into the cell). Some of its blood sugar regulatory properties may come from the fact that sweet potatoes are concentrated in carotenoids.
Breast Health
Grapefruits, Oranges, and other Citrus fruits look just like the mammary glands of the female and actually assist the health of the breasts and the movement of lymph in and out of the breasts. - * Citrus compounds may prevent colon cancer * Orange, tangerine peels contain compounds that may lower cholesterol * Grapefruit promotes weight loss, human study confirms * Grapefruit juice may help reduce the risk of cancer in smokers
Body Cleansing
Onions look like body cells. Today's research shows that onions help clear waste materials from all of the body cells. They even produce tears which wash the epithelial layers of the eyes. - The World Health Organization (WHO) supports the use of onions for the treatment of poor appetite and to prevent atherosclerosis. In addition, onion extracts are recognized by WHO for providing relief in the treatment of coughs and colds, asthma and bronchitis. Onions are known to decrease bronchial spasms. An onion extract was found to decrease allergy-induced bronchial constriction in asthma patients.
Viagra from Nature
Peanuts have a profound effect on males Lets just leave it at that. Peanuts were banned As a food for males by the church often during the middle ages. Most people don't realize that arginine, the main component of Viagra, comes from peanuts. - A University of Florida team says peanuts are rich in antioxidants which protect cells from damage linked to heart disease and cancer.
Peanuts also contain high levels of protein and "good" mono-unsaturated fat.
male enhancement
Bananas, Cucumber, Zucchini and more target the size and Strength of the male organ. It's true! - A study published in the Archives of Internal Medicine also confirms that eating high fiber foods, such as bananas, helps prevent heart disease. Almost 10,000 American adults participated in this study and were followed for 19 years. People eating the most fiber, 21 grams per day, had 12% less coronary heart disease (CHD) and 11% less cardiovascular disease (CVD) compared to those eating the least, 5 grams daily. Those eating the most water-soluble dietary fiber fared even better with a 15% reduction in risk of CHD and a 10% risk reduction in CVD.
In addition to these cardiovascular benefits, the potassium found in bananas may also help to promote bone health. Potassium may counteract the increased urinary calcium loss caused by the high-salt diets typical of most Americans, thus helping to prevent bones from thinning out at a fast rate.
healthy and the ovaries
Olives assist the health and function of the ovaries. _ Even though olives have a high fat content of 15 to 35 percent, they are an excellent source of oleic acid (an omega-9 mono-unsaturated fatty acid). Since olives contain mixed tocopherols, they are also a good source of vitamin E. Olives and their oil contain many unique phenolic and aromatic compounds, including oleuroperin and flavonoids.
Research has shown that it is the type of fat consumed that determines the risk of developing conditions such as diabetes, atherosclerosis, colon cancer, Arthritis, and asthma. Regions such as the Mediterranean area consume large amounts of olive oil and have a lower risk of developing those conditions.
NextStep Ministries reached 71 people with the Gospel of Jesus Christ this week. Praise GOD!!!
A few weeks back I talked about water baptisms and I received a lot of replies from all over the world. It does seem like a lot of people are reading their bibles, but they are not studying them. For example, if we still think water baptism is salvation then we are saying salvation is by works and not by grace. In Mark 1:9 At that time Jesus came from Nazareth in Galilee. John baptized Him in the Jordan River. 10 Jesus was coming up out of the water. Just then he saw heaven being torn open. He saw the Holy Spirit coming down on Him like a dove. Why did Jesus receive a water baptism? Was He a sinner? NO! it is fulfillment of Jewish law.
Acts19:1. And it came about that while Apollos was at Corinth, Paul having passed through the upper country came to Ephesus, and found some disciples, 2. and he said to them, "Did you receive the Holy Spirit when you believed?" And they said to him, "No, we have not even heard whether there is a Holy Spirit." 3. And he said, "Into what then were you baptized?" And they said, "Into John's baptism." 4. And Paul said, "John baptized with the baptism of repentance, telling the people to believe in Him who was coming after him, that is, in Jesus." 5. And when they heard this, they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus. 6. And when Paul had laid his hands upon them, the Holy Spirit came on them, and they began speaking with tongues and prophesying. 7 And there were in all about twelve men.

Expenses $320 Tithes and Offerings $165
Stay tuned. We may have a major event sponsored by NextStep Ministries coming Friday October 31, 2008
NextStep Ministries gives a SHOUT OUT TO: Rescue Mission, We Care Ministries, Green Valley Baptist Church, Intenionalgatherings, LifeSong Church Of Las Vegas, Surgance, Hope Baptist Church, and the Salvation Army.
Here's this weeks first message. Sometimes we stumble and fall, that's ok. Just get back up. Christ lives in you and you live in Him. Rejoice!
FALLEN
Have you witnessed a fellow brother or sister in Christ fall away from God and wonder why? You know who they are, they are amongst you. They started out completely on fire for the Lord when they first accepted Him as their Lord and Savior and they somehow end up falling away. I sometimes wonder if there was something anyone of us could have done. Was it lack of encouragement, lack of praying for them or was it us who caused them to fall away? I say that because there are Christians who end up becoming legalistic and righteous without being aware of it. Sometimes it’s the things that come out of our mouths that cause others to stumble and fall. I know that because I have caused my wife to stumble. She might say something to me and I sometimes snap back, that’s how the enemy uses us. I’ve also observed other Christians speak harsh words over people or speak to them with disrespect because of their authoritative position. Some speak in a joking way and not even realize that they are offending others.
We are all targets of the devil; he is continuously waiting and plotting for our downfall. Watch out! When you are not in the word or you don’t go to church and you choose to isolate yourselves from other believers or believe that you can do it on your own you are setting yourself up for a downfall. The scripture says that an iron sharpens iron, if you are not fellowshipping with your brothers and sisters in Christ, how can you be sharpened. Encourage others just as you’ve been encouraged. Share your God stories, it’s the best testimony. If you’ve fallen away get back on track. The enemy has no legal right over those who truly belong to God.
Here are three simple steps to not fall away. 1) Remain in Christ and He will remain in you. 2) Focus on the Lord and don’t forget what He has done for you. 3) He has conquered this world and so will you if you give Him all the control.
If you’ve never confessed with your mouth that Christ is your Lord and Savior, you are not saved. If you have backslid, then you know what to do. Humble yourself and confess it all to Him, He is merciful and just. Remember when you have unconfessed sin, He will not listen to you. Stop walking in defeat! Yes, you have fallen, now get up!
Sinner’s Prayer:
Dear Lord, I know I am a sinner and I need your forgiveness, cleanse me from all my sin and glorify Yourself in my life. I believe that you suffered and died for my sins. I now invite you to come into my heart and life. I repent from my sins. Send your Holy Spirit and take control of me, change me. I want to trust and follow you as my Lord and Savior. In Jesus’ name, Amen
Matthew 15:11
Jesus said, “It’s not what goes into your mouth that defiles you; you are defiled by the words that come out of your mouth.”
James 3:8-10
But no one can tame the tongue. It is restless and evil, full of deadly poison. 9 Sometimes it praises our Lord and Father, and sometimes it curses those who have been made in the image of God. 10 And so blessing and cursing come pouring out of the same mouth. Surely, my brothers and sisters, this is not right!
Romans 10:9-10
If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For it is by believing in your heart that you are made right with God, and it is by confessing with your mouth that you are saved.
Proverbs 27:17
As iron sharpens iron, so a friend sharpens a friend.
Psalm 66:18
If I had not confessed the sin in my heart, the Lord would not have listened.
Isaiah 59:2
It’s your sins that have cut you off from God. Because of your sins, he has turned away and will not listen anymore.
Psalm 32:2-3
Yes, what joy for those whose record the Lord has cleared of guilt, whose lives are lived in complete honesty! 3 When I refused to confess my sin, my body wasted away, and I groaned all day long.
Psalm 32:5
Finally, I confessed all my sins to you and stopped trying to hide my guilt. I said to myself, “I will confess my rebellion to the Lord.” And you forgave me! All my guilt is gone.
