About Me

Hi! I'm Sarah and I'm a work in progress. God is continually teaching me new things every day. I love the Word and how it comes alive. I love how got speaks to me. I love how He loves to share His heart with His Children! I love how He loves me. If you didn't know, I'm His favorite. It's okay, don't be jealous. You're His favorite also!

What else can I tell you about me... Hmm.... I love the arts. I love that our church isn't afraid to express their love toward God through the arts! I love waving banners for our Lord. Every once in a while I'll draw a little something for God also. I love writing my Love to Him and sharing my heart with Him through writing.

I have a wonderful husband that God has put in my path. Michael. If you don't know him, you should get to know him. He is a true blessing in my life daily and an uplifting and encouraging person.

Be encouraged because God is with you and He will ever stand beside you no matter where you are! Praise the Lord!

Interests

I love the youth at our church! They are SO AMAZING! If any of you youth are reading this, I LOVE YOU!!! Talk about one fun night! Our church has so many smart and talented young individuals and they make me laugh SO hard. One night we had a whole night of just talking about our likes and dislikes. The question that got us stuck though was: "What do you like better: cake or pie?" Our favorite candybars was another great topic. So if your between 3rd grade and 12th grade you should come join me and the other youth leaders on Thursday nights. And if you are between 6th and 8th grades, you are EXTRA lucky because then I get to hang out wth YOU! Is it Thursday yet?... Is it? Got to go check.. I'll be back later... :D

Movies

We like movies a lot! If all else fails and we are at loss on what to do for the night, you can bet that at least 90% of the time we are sitting on our duffs watching a movie and most likely it's one that we've watched at least 3 times already. So movies... Yes I like them.

Music

I REALLY like music. I like music like... like a lot... like... I REALLY like it... As for naming bands and know what music matches who... forget it!... I usually don't know the name of the band that I hear all the time on the radio, but I know that it's good and amazing and I can sing to it. Instramental stuff is cool too. I let Mike buy the stuff and randomly steal his CDs. Well, I suppose I don't steal... Since whatever is his is also mine... It's all the same money...

Books

I like the Bible a lot. It's a good book... like a REALLY GOOD BOOK! I know I like more of books, but I have a bad habit of starting books and then not finishing them. Mostly I'm reading a bunch of Christian Non-fiction books. If anyone can recomend some really good Christian Fiction though, I'd really appreciate it since I really enjoy fiction books.
PS I'm trying to write my own book right now. Hopefully one day I can add it to my book list. :D

Television

I don't watch a ton of TV. I really avoid the news since I really don't want to hear about this fallen world and hear it discussed in length. It just makes me sad and brings me down. However I do watch Lost, Hell's Kitchen, 24, and CSI ( the original). So much of the time I'm not up on current issues, unless it's unavoidable big stuff that everyone is talking about.
