I'm the director of a new "Center For Urban Innovation" program at Crossroads Bible College here in Indianapolis. Great college! Uniquely, they are "Training Christian Leaders to Reach a Multi-ethnic Urban World for Christ". And my part of it is to help them take everything to a new level by leveraging the new paradigm gifts God has handed us in our time.
