Sebastian Traeger currently CEO of a new start-up, Razoo,
which is a “social network for social good.”
Previously, he co-founded, built and sold two web companies:
Christianity.com, a popular portal featuring news and
resources and Silas Partners, a web consulting company
that helps non-profit organizations with online
strategy, marketing and fund raising. In 1998, Sebastian helped launch Village Phone, a telecommunications
company with operations in developing countries. A graduate of Princeton University, Sebastian was a member
of the baseball team and served in leadership roles in numerous organizations. Sebastian lives in
Washington, DC and is an active member of Capitol Hill Baptist Church and serves as a Trustee of Guidestone
Financial Resources (SBC) and on the Board of the Alliance of Confessing Evangelicals.

Chad Houck is Vice-President of Strategic Partnerships at The Unity Media Group, and was instrumental in the creation of iQuestions.com – a
place to find videos for faith-based advice. Having previously served as vice president of sales for Tramark Networking, an Internet design
and consulting firm in Hailey, Idaho, he brings a wealth of business expertise in the fields of operations, personnel management and eCommerce.
Chad is a seasoned entrepreneur. Chad graduated with honors from the University of Montana where he earned a bachelor’s degree in business management
and marketing in May 1996. Chad and his wife, Amy, live in Boise, Idaho with their two children.

James Chen is Founder and Senior Advisor of CXO Ventures, a venture-capital firm based in San Francisco & Sacramento.
CXO Ventures invests in financial, retail, life sciences, technology, software, and internet-related businesses of all
stages of development. They seek to create long-term value by helping entrepreneurs build companies and provide attractive
returns to investors. James is also a director of American River Capital Group and CXO Private Equity. He writes about venture
capital, private equity, and technology at his blog, Pure VC.

Jeff Hook is the founder and CEO/President of Fellowship Technologies, a Software as a Service (SaaS) for church management.
Fellowship Technologies has been very successful since its launch in 2004 and now supports over 750 churches in 7 countries,
including 30 of the top 100 largest churches in the USA. Prior to starting Fellowship Technologies, Jeff served in executive
positions at Fuego Corporation, a business process management software company, i2 Technologies, an enterprise supply chain software
provider, and Oracle Corporation, a major database and applications software firm. His early career includes significant business
expertise as a management consultant with Price Waterhouse and Deloitte Consulting. Jeff’s passion for the local church is rooted
in his youth of growing up the son of a small town Missouri Assemblies of God pastor, and has grown as he has been active in serving
his church at various times through children’s education and small group ministries.

Larry Reagan has been an active blogger for over 10 years. He and his wife run
JacobsWell.net, a Christian book and gift store. Professionally, he is the
Vice President of a small software company with operating locations in the
United States, France, England, Japan, and Korea. He serves on the Board of
Directors for the Government Electronics and Information Technology
Association. Larry lives in southern Maryland with his wife (who is also an
avid blogger) and three children where they are active members of Crossroad
Christian Church.
