Apostle Sharon Johnson began her ministry in 1976 at the age of 15. The Lord drew her to Him at the age of 14, and made it clear that she was to preach and teach the gospel for the rest of her life.
Dr. Sharon was raised in the Baptist Church and because of the times she was living in; only her Pastor; Rev. E. B. Jones signed her license. Determined not to let the current state of the church deter her, she continued preaching wherever she was welcomed. She served ten years in the United States Navy, and brought forth three beautiful boys. Brandon, (now deceased), Christopher and Kelvin. She served in Desert Storm; and was honorably discharged in 1992. After traveling the world, she was finally ordained May 3, 1997 in Birmingham, Alabama at Mount Moriah Full Gospel Church under the Pastorate of Dr. William E. Cureton. She was consecrated in 2008 as an Apostle. Dr. Sharon has traveled extensively preaching the gospel in 38 states and the Philippines. She holds various secular and religious degrees.
Dr. Sharon is married to Bishop Daniel E. Johnson, and currently lives in Toledo, Ohio.
