Who am I? Isn't that all relative? You are going to form your opinion about me whether I tell you what I am like or not! What the heck I will tell you what I think I am Like. I am me! Nobody is like or will ever be me because I am fearfully and wonderfully made. I was born here in southern Cali and when I was 6 my mom moved me and my lil sis to Washington state. I came back to live with my dad when I was twelve and have been here ever since. I don't want to live here forever though. I hate the craziness of Southern Cali.....I am a country girl all the way.
I am 27 and I already feel as if I have done so much. I used to be a preschool teacher then I became employed full time by my church. I was the after school program director and the director for 5th and 6th graders for the youth ministry but September 2004 I began teaching second grade and Leading the Jr. High group . in September 2005 I began teaching fourth grade. Many transitions in so few years! And I just began a new journey in my life! I have traveled and done ministry in India, Germany, and Mexico. I dream of someday living in a grass hut in the Congo of Africa telling the people about Jesus.
I am married to the most amazing, sweet, adorable man that I am so thankful for. God and His timing is ALWAYS perfect.
I love the outdoors. I love to play basketball and swim. I love to take long walks at the park. I love to walk at the beach at night and stare off into the horizon to see as far as I can see. It reminds me of how tiny I am and how Great God is. Aside from loving the outdoors I also love to just curl up on my bed or on the couch with a good book I could spend hours on end reading if I had the time to.
The book I enjoyed reading the most was "the Grapes of Wrath"....crazy I know but I really did enjoy it. I love to be able to escape into the land of make believe when everything else around me seems to be so chaotic. I find it peaceful there.
