Currently, I am an IT Specialist with the Public Defender Service in DC. I am married  and live in Odenton, MD.  I joined New Psalmist in Father's Day, 2004 and I can remember the day as if it was yesterday.  I got my life back and I PRAISE GOD for that! 

Being at New Psalmist has truly blessed me.  I have grown into a better person spiritually and mentally by reading GOD's word and attending this church.  Bishop Thomas is an wonderful preacher who always has a word in which I can relate.  I feel fed after hearing sermons preached by Bishop Thomas, the ministerial staff and visiting preachers of New Psalmist.  Lori,  thank you for inviting me to this church! 

I love singing on the New Generation Choir. We have an awesome youth and young adult choir with so much energy and talent.  I hope I can stay on the choir until after I am 40, lol! I love to praise and worship the Lord through song.  Singing helps me to take my mind on my issues and to focus on GOD.  For me, it is a stress reliever.  I feel so relaxed after singing and worshipping HIM. 

I am excited to be a first year discipleship student!  What's up Ladies of Grace and Distinction!  Holla back!  I am looking forward to this journey, fellowshipping with my discipleship sisters and learning about becoming a disciple for Christ.
