Just a reminder to all,
I left you with a challenge during the sermon today, and that was to read Isaiah 53 every day this week and if you can, write down and apply anything that God speaks to you.
Next Sunday we will be having a testimony service and so I ask that you pray and think about how you might give back to God in testimony that which He has blessed you with.
Thank you for an awesome service today, I believe that God was well served.

Praise God! I was offered a job today and the pay is better than I expected. Our neighbor has offered to let us stay at her home until we can take possession of a 3 bedroom apt. and has also agreed to let us store our stuff in her garage until then. That means that we only need a few strong guys to help us move our things next door on Saturday. We will follow up with a chicken barb-b-q afterwards -( wives invited, too)- to say "thank you" to all of you.

I just posted a prayer request, but I wanted to add that even though we are unsure at this moment whether we will be moving into an apartment this weekend, we will still be needing help on Saturday to move our things, either into a storage facility or into the apartment - or both. If we are only going into the storage facility, then we won't need as many people, but we would need help once again when we move into the apartment. We in no way want to take advantage of any of you with 2 moves so please don't feel you need to help both times. We just praise God for everyone's willingness to pitch in whenever you can. For those of you who can help on Saturday, please show up around 11:00. We'll have everything ready that needs to go out, so there will be as little confusion as possible. Please call us if you're able to help out so we can give you directions here. Thank you in advance!!

Ministry Monday...
Good morning, just a reminder to pray for the various ministries you are aware of today. Think outside of the walls of the ministries of the church and lift up other ministries as well. we can all use more prayer.
Some ideas: Pregnancy and Adoption Centers, churches ministering to the needs of recent victims of storms in the east, home churches in Myranmar etc.

I just want to thank Signet Youth (and the Bookouts) for the awesome video message on Easter Sunday. I appreciate all of your efforts in putting this together and know that the Lord will continue to use it for His kingdom and glory. You are all awesome!

Just a note to encourage all the members to keep praying for and about a newer chruch building. I was reminded today of the verses God gave me a few months ago, specifically the verses that say that He will provide the land. We are to remain encouraged and continue to pray. We should not loose heart for in due time I truly believe we WILL receive what He has promised.

Sunday's message delivered by Elizabeth was a blessing to all and a testimony of the work the Lord is doing in His body and the body of LFBC. Thank you Elizabeth for delivering God's message to His people in humilty, knowledge, wisdom, and love. Your mama was blessed and so very proud you!

A big thank you to all of the youth who helped make the 1st annual mom2mom spa night such a success. Thanks so much for giving of yourselves to pamper the moms. We were truly blessed by your services.

I just wanted to thank all of the men who attend T.A.S.C mens group for being such an incredible encouragement to me and also to tell you just how pleased I am to see the remarkable growth in each of you. It is my prayer that for those of you who are married, your wives would see the change in you as well and it would splash over onto them and bless them.
