The “Windsurfer’s Prayer”
"Dear God, help me and anyone that wants to join me, learn to windsurf from you. The "Holy Spirit" as our Power Source, the buoyancy of Jesus Christ as our board to keep us above the water and the waves
as long as we focus on Him,
and the all Powerful Father, Creator of everything that is good. Water ....
The sign of the cleansing re-birth,
redemption
and
salvation,
And
destruction of the Old, Evil, sinful self.
So if you see me doing
"Head dunks" or "Flipping off the board"
for total body submersion,
you will know that I have once again fallen short,
and
I need to "jump in the lake"
and
rely totally on the ultimate "Life Savior" ,
Jesus Christ, to
"get me up" again,
and persevere till He tells me to head home,
where the waves are 1000's of feet tall
and
I never have to worry about taking my focus off of God again.
In Jesus name I pray,
