My name is Dana Ott and I have been married to my wonderful husband, Mark, for 16 years! We have 4 amazing children - 2 girls and 2 boys....we are a busy household as you can imagine. We love our church, Hope Christian Fellowship, and the many friends God has brought into our lives and into our church - not to mention the family relationships we cherish!
My hobbies include scrapbooking, playing tennis, reading Christian novels, playing the piano, and baking - my favorite things to do are spend time with Mark and our kids, go down the shore, meet a friend for coffee (Starbucks!), and listen to night time prayers with my boys!
I am thankful for all that God is doing in my life and for the undeserved grace and forgiveness He has chosen to give! I am so grateful for the blessing of many friendships and the privilege to serve together with others at HOPE!

Jeremiah 29:11 - "For I know the plans I have for you, says the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a future and a hope."
John 10:27-29 - "My sheep listen to my voice; I know them and they follow me. I give unto them eternal life and they shall never perish; no one can snatch them out of my hand. My Father who has given them to me, is greater than all, and no one can snatch them out of my Father's hand."

The book that has had the most impact on me recently is titled "Captivating" by John and Staci Eldridge - I highly recommend it - even though it isn't a novel! | | Television Favorite TV shows: I don't watch much, but a few favorites are - American Idol, American's Funniest Home Videos, Eagles Football, 48 Hour Mystery, and re-runs - Seinfeld, Everybody Loves Raymond! |

Sounds like you had too much fun! Sorry I missed your folks again......it just didn't seem to work out. I hope your mom is heading home better than when she headed out here. We were glad to be home, but NM seems to be our second home now....especially since we met such great Christian people there, too. Can't believe J will be 32 tomorrow! Take care. Love, Mary

We missed you guys yesterday. We had a great time in Virgina with my parents. Each time we are out of town it makes us so much more thankful for our Hope family! I can't wait to see my extended family on Sunday. I hope you had a wonderful Mothers day!

Hey Dana, My friend is very fragile and her husband very protective, so I have been sending her old fashioned cards that I know she likes. I have been mentoring her for the last year, as I was very convicted about what the older ladies should be doing to teach the younger ones......I felt a real gap in that area when I was young and I feel these ladies's pain. Her own mother has mental problems and that has been another thorn for her. Please pray for me, too, as I have been having bad bowel problems again and I go to the doctor on Wednesday. I saw Steve's photo and he looks great! Hope he is feeling pretty good these days, too! Can you believe how OLD we are all getting????Ha Ha Love you! Mary |

Hello there! Yeah I had told my Aunt Debbie about our church back at Christmas time. I was thrilled to see her out on Easter. I missed you all on Sunday, I'm going crazy with my mom (up from Texas) taking her here and there and everywhere. Yeah, and my Katie is a little goober, I can't help it, but she's my bubs and she makes me giggle! See you on Sunday!

Hello back! Our week was pretty good, I hope yours was as well. I must say, your family has made such an impact on my Katie. (Of course the rest of us as well, but you know), she just recently got a new baby doll and has named that one Kylie and renamed the other one Kara. She's so silly! Anyway, can't wait to see you all on Sunday!
