I came to know Jesus Christ as my Savior one night at a church campfire as an 11 year old. My parents did not know Christ, but my sister had recently become a Christian. I attended church with her. However, she soon graduated high school; my father was transferred to a new military base, and my transportation was gone. I tried to grow as a Christian through reading the Bible, but my growth was very slow until I went to college where I became involved with other Christians.
Movies
I enjoy Disney movies (I don't want to grow up!), Gilbert and Sullivan, romances, and espionage. What a mix!
Music
I like a wide variety of music. I like contemporary christian, country, broadway, and classical to name a few. My son has influenced me to even like some heavy metal!
Books
As my family will tell you, I love to read! My husband laughs because I read when I walk the dog, and even when I am waiting on something to cook!
Television
I don't have much time to watch t.v., but I do like shows on HGTV, NCIS, Cold Case, Criminal Minds.
