My name is Jody Ellenwood. I am proudly married to Matthew Ellenwood. We have 2 children Dustin and Kayla. We have attended Saint Joe since Aug.2002 and became members of the church. Matt plays drums in Hebrews Joe/coffee house worship............YAY COFFEE!!!
In 2008 Matt & I will be married for 18 years!!! He is the love of my life, my best friend, my soul mate, my gift from God. He is a wonderful father & husband, I couldn't ask for more. Matt & I attended a "Weekend to Remember" Conference for ourselves back in 2003 it helped strengthen our marriage and gave us alot of tools to keep us strong. We have been volunteering ever since. 2008 will be our 4th year and we are part of the city team. We want to help other couples and share with them the tools we have learned thru the conference.
I have a few hobbies that I like to do. Scrapbooking, photography, crocheting, gardening, interior decorating, some crafts, reading, and i love cooking out and hosting parties at my home.
My children are growing up...........in 2008 Dustin will be 18 & Kayla will be 13 :(
They are my pride and joy although there have been some rough patches these past few months God is gettin us past them....You can do all things thru Christ who strenthens you!!!
My life has been a series of struggles and joys....depression has been a major struggle. But Grey skies are gonna clear up!! My Joy is my Lord cause he has really been with me these past few months and oh how the devil has tempted me to give up.........NOT GONNA DO IT!!! God has been my Rock and my Refuge.
So just a little bit about me...I am very caring, sensitive, loving, moody at certain times, & helpful. When I do something I will give it 110%. I doubt myself alot...but I have had this verse in my head for the past few month Phil. 4:13 it HELPS!!!
