I am still new in my walk with Christ and always learning and growing. My friends who led me to the church and are my inspiration everyday are a blessing in my life(you guys know who you are). I love this church and the pastor is wonderful. I found the lord in 2004 after moving here from California. My life has changed for the better (of course) and I can never go back to not believing or having faith in my life.
I have a wonderful family, my husband Dan and daughter Rachel and menagerie of pets. Rachel is active in Kids for Christ and loves church activities. I am not as active as I used to be in church due to work schedules and hectic life, though that is only an excuse. I have vowed to do better at attending and being involved in church again this year and so far are doing better.
I work in Police dispatch and love my job. It is sometimes challenging but it is my chosen career for the past 16 years or so. I have tried retail work in between and do not get the satisfaction that I do when I work at dispatching. I now beleive that I am in this line of work for a purpose and someday I will know what that is. Until then I keep the faith and always look forward to a brighter tomorrow.
Television
I love CSI Vegas and New York, surprisingly I do not like Miami though. I also like the new show The Cleaner with Benjamin Bratt. I can relate to the show and praise the real person that the story is based on.
