Good morning Carla, Seems you must be very busy I haven't heard from you. I pray things are well for you. I thought I should stop in to ck. on you. Wishing you a wonerful week.. This was in my email Thought I would share..Have a beautifuly blessed day.. YESTERDAY OFFERS FAITH FOR TODAY O Lord, God of Israel, There is no God like You in Heaven above or on earth below---- Your covenant of love with your servants Who continue wholeheartedly in Your way. You have kept Your promise to Your servant David my father; with your mouth You have promised And with Your hand You have fulfilled it--as it is today. 1 KINGS 8:23-24 Lord, your faithfulness is so evident when I look at my life today. I still have my list of things I want to achieve or flaws I hope to turn over to You, but just look how far I have come. When I look back on my past struggles, I see how You lifted me out of my trench of doubt. You told me I mattered because I was Your own. You also didn't let me settle, when settling seemed so acceptable. I just wanted a little bit of relief, and You were offering complete healing. How limited my perspective is! Today affirms all that I know about You, because in clarity of hindsight there is not a bit of doubt. May today be a testimony to Your grace, which is so evident when I survey my yesterdays. AMEN

EPH.2:4 But God, being rich in mercy, because of his great love with which he loved us, 2:5 even though we were dead in transgressions, made us alive together with Christ – by grace you are saved! – 2:6 and he raised us up with him and seated us with him in the heavenly realms in Christ Jesus, 2:7 to demonstrate in the coming ages the surpassing wealth of his grace in kindness toward us in Christ Jesus. 2:8 For by grace you are saved through faith, and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God; 2:9 it is not from works, so that no one can boast. 2:10 For we are his workmanship, having been created in Christ Jesus for good works that God prepared beforehand so we may do them.

It's All For His Glory The message I keep consistently reading lately, is that everything is to be for God's glory, whether it is something He has done or will do, or something we do.
Our salvation is for His glory:
Eph 1:11-12 (NIV) In him we were also chosen, having been predestined according to the plan of Him who works out everything in conformity with the purpose of His will, 12 in order that we, who were the first to hope in Christ, might be for the praise of His glory.
His created works are for His glory:
Psa 19:1 (NIV) A psalm of David. The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of His hands.
Miraculous works were / are done for His glory:
John 9:1-3 (NIV) As he went along, he saw a man blind from birth. 2 His disciples asked Him, "Rabbi, who sinned, this man or his parents, that he was born blind?" 3 "Neither this man nor his parents sinned," said Jesus, "but this happened so that the work of God might be displayed in his life.
Our good works, which we do only with His help, are for His glory:
Phil 1:11 (NIV) filled with the fruit of righteousness that comes through Jesus Christ--to the glory and praise of God.
In fact, all we do is to be for His glory -- that can be a scary thought, eh? : )
1 Cor 10:31 (NIV) So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.
EVERYthing is for His glory: Rom 11:36 (NIV) For from Him and through Him and to Him are all things. To him be the glory forever! Amen. Have a very blessed day and may God's love and grace abide with you. God bless!! Roy
