Hello my name is Shirley. Welcome to my page. I have three passions. My Lord, my husband, and music. I love to sing and play guitar.
Music has opened many doors for me. I recorded my first album with a band named Switch '77. Curtis, (guitarist, singer, and producer for Switch '77) is now my loving husband.
While in Memphis I was in a movie called "The Early Years of Elvis," starring Michael Gerrard. I appeared in the Louisiana Hayride scene as a singer on the stage. This was one of the most exciting times of my life, but the most is when I gave my life to Jesus.
I have opened up for some Country music greats such as; Waylon Jennings, Merle hagard, John Anderson, Marty Stuart, Jessie Colter, John Conley, Robin Lee, Billy Joe Royal, and David Allen Coe.
My husband and I, have a ministry at the nursing home in Key West, Florida we sing and share our love with them every other Saturday; we all have such a great time. They say Curtis sounds just like Elvis. I think they are right, he has a beautiful voice. I love seeing the smiles on their faces, it is a joy to share the Lord with them.
