| Hi, I'm Zak. I'm 24 and started attending VBF in May of 2008. I enjoy the services very much, but am far more greatful for the nice people I've met. A good message is one thing, but good friends are another. I am always eager to meet new people and look forward to getting involved with the church's activities. I have a 5 year old son, Scott. We are best buddies and have a blast together. He'll be coming to church with me, once I get a little more settled in and learn the ropes. I served in the US Army for 4 years as a Combat Medic and now I continue my service as an instructor for the CA National Guard. I teach deploying soldiers medical skills so that they can save each others' lives in the event that "Doc" isnt around. I enjoy playing sports (not really watching them), dirt and water toys, streetbikes, cars, trucks, martial arts, and just being productive in general. I'd rather spend a day in the garage than a day in a recliner. I love life and hope everyone else appreciates the gift of life that they have. If you think you have it less than good, talk to me, I'll help you realize how lucky you are. Thanks...Zak |
