I came to know Jesus back in 1990 when my then husband got saved. I got saved as a result of seeing the immediate overnight change in him and seeing the way he was living his life. We were separated then and when I go saved we got back together and we taught our daughters to live for Chrsit. We raised them in the church and after he did 4 years at Glasgow bible college that earned him a bachelors degree in theology we moved from Scotland to Orange Park where he took up a position in the church as associate pastor. God had blessed us abundantly in material things but most importantly He blessed us in our marriage by bringing us both so much closer together. That was until he fell in to sin and we ended up divorced after 27 years of marriage. It was an excruciatingly paiful time for me but I give ALL the glory honor and praise to Christ Jesus who brought me and still is bringing me through the very rocky and painful road of the last 3 years. God is good, so good. I will always give all the glory to God in all thing in my life. He is my one and only and I realize now that He is the only one I will ever need in my life putting Him first and foremost in my life. I have 2 grown daughters...... Alicia and Diane. Alicia is due to give birth to her first baby (my very first grandchild - a boy) on August 18th 2008. This is yet another blessing from God. Diane and her husband are trying to have a baby too. I love my daugthers and their husbands so much, I thank God for blessing me with 2 wonderful girls and 2 wonderful son in laws. They mean the world to me and I love them all so much. Just for the record............ I have a constant companion in my cat Charley. I long to be in ministry to minister to women, especially women who have been through extremely painful experiences in their lives, to bring the word of God to them and let them know that God is there for them even though they dont feel Him there. To teach them how to turn to God in their times of tirals and just to be a shoulder to cry on. I want to be a blessing to all that I come in contact with and God is teaching me on a daily basis slowly how to be that person. I love God with all my heart and thank Him for all He has done for me. Interests
I enjoy reading my bible (thans Shilo for giving it to me). I also enjoy reading Christian books. I love to sew on my sewing machine and I prefer to make window treatments rather than apparel. I recently purchased an embrodery machine that will be put to very good use making baby clothes for my grandson when he arrives. I also enjy knitting but prefer the sewing. I have made several prom gowns for my youngest daugther when she was in high school. I also have made a christening gown for my first granddaughter if she ever arrives. I pride myself in my sewing knowing I do my very best at it and I thank God for giving me the talent to do this.
Most of the time I am a very jolly peson who loves to laugh and I love being in the company of others. I hate being alone and right now I am very lonely and so alone at home with it only being me and Charley the cat. I am scared of living the rest of my life without a partner to love me back. I dont want to die all alone.

I like to watch family movies and romances. I also love a good thriller.

I love to listen to Mercy Me, Third Day, Darlene Zcheck and many other Christian artists.
Books
I love all Joyce Myers books. I have found her teachings to be excellent.
Television
I enjoy watching the 700 club each day. Other tv shows I like are Greys Anatomy, ER, Everybody Loves Raymond and American Idol when it's on.
