About Me

I ran away from home when I was eleven and joined the circus. A very nice band of gypsies took me in and taught me how to run several of the carnival rides and attractions. (Hence all of my tattoos.)

Not true.

I am a happily married man, to my best friend...Suzy. We are blessed to have three amazing children who so easily bring us tons of joy on a daily basis. They are Katie (13), Sarah (11), and Allie (8). We have two knucklehead Boxers, Roxy and Bella, and a Ball Python named Spots.

We pastor CANVAS Church (canvaschurch.net) and are stoked to be watching God bring people around us who value the vision of a church that is real and authentic, values the Presence of God, and is ready to create relationships and memories together.

It was fantastic to finally be able to visit Canvas in person! What a great body of believers God has assembled to change Jacksonville. And what an awesome beach! Thanks for all of your hospitality and heart felt prayer over us. We played the video for Life House when we got back. Your prayer fell powerfully on the room and the people. Thanks for you encouragement!
