Bonjour, amis,
I moved to Toronto just before leaving my teens behind, and have enjoyed making T.O. my roosting place. I now have 3 beautiful adult children, ages 28, 27, and 25. Two daughters, and the youngest of the three being my boy, Marcel. The mid child Christine is married 4 yrs now, and she and Aaron have just had a boy - my first grand-child. :D
I've been a single mom since Marcel's first months, but there all grown now.. and have moved on.. not too far away though. There at hand for get togethers, like tuesday evenings when they come in neighborhood to play ultimate frisbee together, and with other friends.!! :O)
I've returned to college several times - and held careers according to each. ->Secretarial/Accounting; Home Day Care allowed me to be a stay home mom when I had my first child, Renee. My counselling degree seemed a fitting personality choice once my children were all in school, after I home schooled them a tid bit.
And, now.. I'm loving to love elderly folk in my newest career as Activationist in an elderly residence. I do activities of all kinds with them (Crafts, book reading, darts, bowling, active games, giant crossword, outings, portering to the many entertainments on main floor, 1-1 time with the bed ridden or most needy and lonely, AND bible /devotional time).
My biggest and best personal identification is with my Lord and Saviour. My strongest identity is as a Born Again Christian. I love to know, and keep on discovering Father God, and my Lord Jesus. I love talking with, and hearing from my God and Father, my Lord and Saviour. I love wearing his love, and carrying his burden in my spirit, being one with Him!!! (See where my passion is?!)
My strongest gifts are right brained oriented. My weakest points are left brained focused. I'm a visionary, a dreamer, a carer, a mother & sister to the weakest and neediest. These things bring out some practical application out of me - but w/out it i'm practically impractical when it comes to practical practicing (keeping abreast of housework for instance!!!!) // WELL!
I love walks to the beach, sitting on the rocks reflecting with my Lord, or with a friend about my Lord! I love taking the GO train for a ride out of T.O. to explore smaller cities with character, and discovering a cozy atmospheric restaurant - with a good likeminded friend, and/or even just me, and HIM :o)
I love worship in a variety of beats, and a variety of cultural settings. I much enjoy Jamaican Pentecostal worship, French African worship, and then some!!! The Word! The Word! Precious is the Word, to save, to grow on, to hear from my Lord. // (Don't get me started, unless you want to hear! Just ask my genetic family! Tee hee hee, and ha ha ha .. but its true. ITS TRUE!

What kind of love is this,
that searched my soul without remiss.
This love that fills from deep within,
bringing me to remit my sin.
Love that changed my brokeness,

And causes me to rejoice therein.
