I am 23 years old and I am married to a beautiful brown-haired, brown-eyes Italian/Irish girl named Katie. You may observe her on the picture.
I am a follower of Jesus Christ. I have been captured by his grace, and He has no plans of ever letting me go. He has forever apprehended me and given me that blessed priviledge that all the saints over all the ages have had: to apprehend Him in all of His fulness. I am far from perfect and have no real reason that I am still a Christian today except for one thing: I've got no where else to go. Jesus alone has the words of eternal life.
Join me as we grow together as the body of Christ into the fulness of Him who is Love! Right now my wife and I are traveling and preaching the good news of Jesus Christ through word and deed. It has been amazing follow Jesus by faith and being led by Him. He is so gracious! Some of my favirote Scriptures are Isaiah 58, Hebrews 12:2, Colossians 2:6-10, Colossians 1:15-19, Jeremiah 33:39-41, and the book of John :).
My advice for the day: Many are waiting to hear what God is saying. They are waiting but never hearing. They don't know how to serve God, or where God is calling them etc.
Isaiah 58 tells us what God is calling us to. He is calling us to a perpetual fast. Not one of just abstaining from food, or looking sad and remorseful. No. He is calling us to a fast of liberation. He calls us to break heavy yokes, to undo the bands of wickedness, to set the oppressed free, to clothe the naked, feed the hungry, minister to the poor, and to delight in what God delights in. He calls to a fast where we quit sitting around judging others for what they do wrong, and get us and start doing what is right. It is not a fast where we do some religious deed or devotion but go on hurting people, being rude to people, and oppressing those who may be of a lower status than us, or who may be "under" us. It is a fast of justice, righteousness, mercy, and grace. It is the ministry of our Lord Jesus continuing in you and me, his body!
Once we enter into this fast, "THEN you shall call, and the LORD will answer; you shall cry, and he will say, Here I am.'.......And the LORD will guide you continually and satisfy your desire in scorched places and make your bones strong; and you shall be like a watered garden, like a spring of water, whose waters do not fail."
I hear so many Christians "questioning" where they are at. So many Christians never find where the Lord wants them because they accept where others think they should be, and do what others think they should do. No one can dictate your calling but God. And the Church is not meant to determine your calling. She is meant to support you in your calling. Following Christ is meant to be an adventure, whether you travel the states, or are a stay at home mom. You are called to follow the most wonderful person this world has ever known. Jesus Christ. And He ain't boring folks! He isn't always exciting the way we think of exciting. Don't get me wrong. But where Jesus is, oh i don't know, there is always life and the moving of the Spirit.
So I challenge you to enter into this fast. Find someone at your job who every rejects. You know, the weird one. Eat lunch with him. Better yet, buy him lunch. Get to know him. Let him know that you are interested in his life. Find a homeless person and take him out to lunch. Ask him questions and get to know him. Adopt a child through compassion international and pray for him. Watch what God does through a life through your giving. Join a homeless ministry, or start one yourself. Be a prophet and tell your Church the good news of Jesus Christ. That is more than sermons and songs in a building, it is living out the good news of our liberation through the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. It is going out into a world of death and declaring without shame: LIFE WINS! LIFE WINS! HALLELUJAH, LIFE WINS!
Enter this fast and you will see God lead you. You will see Him provide for you. You will see Him reveal himself to you, and through you. Jesus loves you so much. | | Interests I am interested in the Bible, in growing up in Jesus, in the Church moving in Christ like the ancient Church did.

it's about the same down here. the other day we had a late start because of all the snow and now we are expecting a ice/ snow storm for the entire weekend. it's going to be WICKED!!! time to take out the snowboard man! oh yea..! :)
